Bob Weasel Fox Posted 5 April 2013 Posted 5 April 2013 I'd have Wood in the lineup even if his performance has been off lately. He's a goal scorer and other than Nugent we don't have too many threatening players. Hoping Knocky finds the back of the net again this weekend I can see us winning this one by a few. I genuinely hope you are right
TrentFox Posted 5 April 2013 Posted 5 April 2013 WTF is a 'predoction', by the way ?? Have we sent the Football League authorities advance warning that we intend to field an ineligible player tomorrow??
marbelladave Posted 5 April 2013 Posted 5 April 2013 WTF is a 'predoction', by the way ?? Have we sent the Football League authorities advance warning that we intend to field an ineligible player tomorrow?? Predoction...... A device similar to a pregnancy testing kit that is used to measure the testosterone levels in young men. Much loved by professional football players as an indicator of their manhood....... Generally gets them in less trouble than posting a picture of their tackle on twitter.
DMU Fox Posted 5 April 2013 Posted 5 April 2013 For the next 6 games I'm not particularly fussed about promotion, as I think the last 2 months have shown we would probably be too far up against it if we did get promoted. Instead, I would rather see a bit of pride and some effort in our performances for the rest of the season. If we can show some improvement in our performances and give the opposition a good game of football then I'll be happy. In terms of personnel I'd mix it up slightly and have players that put in a shift the last few weeks involved. I'd go for a 3-5-2 that looks like this: Kasper Moore Morgan Keane RDL Konchesky as wingbacks Drinkwater James Knockaert Schlupp Nugent I'd have Drinkwater and James sitting with Knockaert given a more creative role. Schlupp looked good at Barnsley when he came on up front so that's why he plays. I just want to see the players put a 90 minute shift in and really test Brighton. If we do that we might be able to steal 3 points.
BoneDog Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 This one feels like the biggest game of the season so far. If we lose this and Forest win then it could be a step too far to get back in the top 6. Nervous as heck thinking about it. Felt terrible after Mondays defeat and losing tomorrow would be worse. Fingers crossed for a big performance and a victory which would be a much needed boost to confidence all round.
kiwifox6 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 got a wood feeling about this one.... 3-1 Big Chris x2, Jeff
Tielemans63 Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 I think this one will go with the form book. I'm usually pretty positive about our chances but I think Brighton will take us to the cleaners - 3-0.
Deucalion Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 This is the first game for ages where Leicester are not favourites to win. Got to be a good thing.
shiv Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Kasper Moore Morgan Keane Konch Dyer King James Gally Knockaert Nuge Would play Knockaert just behind Nuge as we looked a lot more creative when he played there. Can't see him changing the team though (apart form Morgan).
stevelcfc Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 This is the game that we get it back on track! (and teaforthree will win the national)
FourtyFour Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 Think positive!! A Leicester win today and our promotion is push back on track! FNQ
Swalker Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 http://www.coolsport.tv/stream15.html for anyone wanting to stream the game
blueincornwall Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 We will win today it's the Leicester way. When we all think all hope is lost, they boys will come up with the goods. You all know it, we've all seen it before. I am so happy that Big Nige has been given patience by the owners, no club will ever be promoted after sacking their manager in the vinegar stokes of the season. I hope people can remember that only a few short weeks ago we were thumping teams week in week out. Thats all we have got to do til the end of the season. 4 wins should do, i dont mind if they are the last 4 games of the season because remember, it's form entering the playoffs that usually wins, not the form you had 6 games from the end of the season.
AKCJ Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 I'd love an early Morgan scrappy goal from a corner then defending like champions for the rest of the game to win 1-0. Schmeichel and Morgan for MOTM.
Swalker Posted 6 April 2013 Posted 6 April 2013 why 4-3-3! We never win 4-3-3, we played our best games 4-4-2 but NP scared of playing schlupp in his natural striking position IMO so keeps shoving him out wide
