we have similiar places here in the UK, why not move to those places?

I've been to most places in the UK and none of them hold a candle to the places I mentioned in Canada. Add the standard of living, size of houses, fantastic dining, etc

If you have never been, add a visit to your wishlist you won't be disappointed.

In what way didnt they?

p.s. I've been to canada.

Everything in life is subjective and obviously that was my opinion, but please tell me where in the UK is there anywhere like Lake Louise when the lake is frozen with the view of the glacier, the rock flour making the iced over waterfalls incredible blues and greens or where is comparable to the view in Banff, sitting in the hot springs?

Whats your thoughts on st ives?

I haven't been there in 25 years but I remember it as a beautiful seaside town focussed on its harbour. what do you have there?

Whilst I agree with what you say - it isn't too hard to find beautiful frozen lakes and iced waterfalls in the UK.

Like you say its subjective, my arguement is the holiday spirit clouds peoples judgements, but for me places like Buttermere, Wastwater, Lake Vyrnwy rival most....my guess is most who visit certain places abroad are unaware of such places I have mentioned.

I have a place near carbis bay, its only a small property.

Even the popular Lakes are fantastic places - I spent some great times hiking, boating and camping around Windermere in the spring and Autumn.

Does the Carbis Bay property have a sea view?

Those places look boring. What is there to do except sit inside and try to stay warm? Once you're sitting inside you might as well be sitting anywhere.

Yep, pretty much my point.

I've always wanted to go there actually, been to quite a bit of Cornwall but never got to the North Coast yet. Looks quite stunning.

It really is amazing, of course it looks a lot better when the sun is shining.

So is that the property you're thinking of buying? Or do you think they'll let you build in the area? What about shops?

Bigger is better Ronnie, now tell me you see these in the wild in the UK

Some of the gay clubs in Brighton are heaving with them.

This is the webcam of the beach in front of my house - Soulac plage sud - at this moment. People in the sea, high 20's perhaps even 30 in the sun.

Waiting till it cools a little to take the dog along the beach

Not as nice as Cleethorpes in November.
