It's all about team work, so maybe a team leader. You know the sort. Err, someone like me chaps, natural leadership qualities ,highly intellectual,  popular, and who people would follow to hell and back. Oh yes, that's me all right.    :trumpet:  :trumpet:  lol  lol

Everybody is.

The owner(s) for taking the biggest financial risk, daring to run the ship or starting an entreprise that can go anywhere.

The employees for providing expertise, diversity and the life energy to the company

The customers, for they decide whether your product makes it or falls apart.

I give up, when are you going to tell us Ken?

I already have. It's Moosebreath because if the workers don't agree they won't get their daily slice of bread. (overtime required if they have a baby to feed)

Depends on the business but at the end of the day the director(s) are the most important people, everyone else is replaceable to a certain extent. Without the director(s) the business wouldn't exists or continue to exist.

Seriously, for once, I believe communication is the most important factor, within the running of a business.

Not really a person though is it. Strictly speaking of course.
