Arsenal's Ignasi Miquel is happy with life at Leicester City

This. That is a stupid claim.

I thought Was was at least as good as our other defenders yesterday.I think he gives 100% and will become a fans fav here.Yes hes slow but he don't half go in for a tackle. And at one point he seemed to be the only player with any urgency.I think what you see is what you get with him.100% effort and no messing. Why develop an Arsenal youngster(Who may prove to be a good player im not saying that) when there's a bloke ready to put himself on the line here?

Wasyl contact expires at the end of the season, Miquel will play for a top team and possibly Arsenal in 3/4 years time. He just needs to be playing now. We're missing out.

Besides if Miquel was playing we all know he would of blocked the shot for forests first goal...

why do we care if Miquel develops, his contract with us expires in the summer, between him and Wasyl which is most likely to be here next season, here's a hint, its not the 20 year old Spanish kid, we are missing out on nothing Morgan & Moore were doing brilliantly and Morgan and Wasyl are doing just as well.

stop over hyping him just because he's on loan from Arsenal, look at Michael Keane last season, if he was as good ass you are making out Pearson would be playing him, he's a good squad player here atm that's all, Arsenal only have 3 CB's and we willing to let him out on loan, they can't think he's that good yet can they

A workmate of mine is a huge Venkyboy and thinks Marshall is absolute rubbish - thinks we've robbed them of £1million. Says he just drifts in and out of games and looks disinterested. Can see Marshall being another Levi Porter if he doesn't get his act sorted out.

Doesn't surprise me at all. He was largely a passenger and although he's got the ability to whip out the magic, he did it nowhere near enough for me. I prefer Dyer by a mile as he's far more threatening when he's on the ball, even if he is clumsy.

I thought Michael Keane was shite actually. Our weak link last season. My opinion I just think Miquel is a player who needs to be playing

Miquel is also out of contract with Arsenal in the summer and the general consensus is that this move is for us to test the water with him in a "try before you buy" type scenario. They don't need him and he needs football. There is absolutely no chance that Arsenal will keep him on - the other lad we were linked with, Nico Yennaris, is in the same boat.

And how do you know this? General consensus?

No offence mate but  he knows this because he has a few brain cells and knows what's going on in prem football.

They don't rate him as good enough and they've farmed him out so he can put himself in the proverbial shop window - I'd have thought that was obvious...

Ok so let me ask you this...If as you know Arsenal have decided apparently that they are not keeping him on after this season, then why didn't we sign him on  free transfer?

Where has it stated Arsenal will not keep him on?

You could be right they may not but i can not remember or find any statement's from Arsenal to that effect so who told you? Or was is the General Consensus again?

If they need to recall him in "emergency" circumstances due to injuries etc?

Alright, don't cry - I'd have just thought it'd be fairly obvious that he's not quite up to their standard. I've a few Arsenal supporting friends (does anybody remember Tilley that used to post on here?) and they all seem to be fairly unanimous in their opinion that he won't be retained at the end of this season.

Sorry for hurting your feelings xx

My feelings? Takes a bit more than a few words on the internet to hurt my feelings.Never mind just because your point had more holes in it than your MRS knickers and Derby's back four.

I'm 40 years old not 3 thing's like that don't bother me anymore.Oh and one more gap in your statement

The will want to recall him in case of injuries------ Its obvious he's not upto there standard?

Which is it? If they dont think he's upto standard why would they recall him.???

Go find your Arsenal buddies and get some more info from them and make yourself look even smaller than Tom Thumb.

As cover for someone that might get injured? He'd sit on their bench. Simple as that. That would be the emergency MTWG was alluding to.

He's not up to playing 38 games in the prem for a team of Arsenals calibre.
