I always play Goals Galore Bonus.

I haven't won this season either, however, I was one off three weeks ago and the team that let me down (Newport) missed a penalty...

Will be popping into Betfred tomorrow morning.

I have put £5 on every Saturday this season and haven't won yet so I think I give up as of tomorrow.

Closest I got was when I had 10 teams on (5 games) and only Birmingham didn't score (and they hit the bastard bar twice)

What ggb? Is that where u bet both teams to score and which team will win?

It's goals galore, so both teams have to score, but Betfred basically remove the free-scoring teams from selection and enhance the odds.

I cannot remember which teams they do remove, it does vary week to week, but it's rare to see the likes of Coventry, Huddersfield, Peterborough etc on bonus list.

The odds are enhanced though. 4 games is 9/1, for example... I won £182 off £2 on bonus in the past.

I've never ever won on GG. Always get done by one team

Had 6 out of 7 on Tuesday got done by the game I was at Plymouth v Newport. Fooking awful game. Gonna leave out early kick offs and games I'm at from now on.

Did anyone hear about the fella who picked up £141,000 from a gg/match result bet recently.

Pretty sure he's a plant from one of the bookies but the bet did come in.

I always stay away from early kick offs, because they do mess up the 3pm games, however I am very tempted to go with Huddersfield/Leeds (and maybe even Blackpool/Blackburn) which are both early kick offs.

In fact, I might look at having two lines on with seperate games on. Never done that.

But Newport cost me about three weeks ago. Every team scored, just needed Newport, and they missed a penalty!

I find over 2.5 goals to be a better bet than the Goals Galore simply because if a team is getting smashed, which happens regularly they won't score and it will end up 3/4-0.

Plus the odds are much better.

One thing that has worked for me in the past is that the younger the age of the players in the game, the more likelihood of goals.

Looking at under 17 and under 19 games tend to work well for this. The fact the oppositions are strange is irrelevant because the games lend themselves to goals.

This general rule also seems to hold true in lower standards of football. There seems to be more heavy wins/losses or higher scoring games.

I personally think over 1.5 goals is a better bet than over 2.5 goals, and id just add another team onto the bet.

Over goals is a safer bet than BTTS because it allows for one team to be battered, but the bet still to be won. Its also better than betting on an outright result. Look at the man utd game last week. Backing man utd outright, i dont know the odds, but theyd have been possibly 1/4 or 2/9 at a guess v southampton. If you back over 1.5 goals, the southampton goal would have won the bet for you, whilst also keeping alive the more realistic possibility that Man Utd would have got a 2nd at some point. Id have imagined in that game, the odds of over 1.5 goals would have been slightly worse, but CLOSE to the odds in the Man Utd to win outright market.

The Goals Galore Bonus list is essentially the games with a good probability of both teams scoring taken out, hence longer odds.

Tends to be games involving a top side vs a bottom side, where the top side is more likely to win the game to nil.

I've got to get on this BTTS/match result.

Maybe tomorrow. Usually stay away from cup games though. Some of the odds look big.

Surely there's a reason odds are so high? Impossible to predict... I think people are being fooled by the large odds/potential winnings on offer.

Betfreds bonus list is rank too. Peterborough are never on it

And that guy up there chatting bout over 1.5 being the bet to go for,I'm gonna do an overs acca at the weekend. Possibly four fold. Big stake and see what happens

I had BTTS and result double at 25/1 this weekend.

Hull (v Sunderland) and Bolton (v Bournemouth)... Both won but didn't concede!
