Does seem slightly hasty, then again he has spent over 100M, and losing 6-0 and 5-0 is unacceptable. 

 

Not to mention the 3-0 loss to West Ham at home!

Think it's more the manner of the losses than his win ratio. The West Ham, man city and Liverpool results have ruined him.
