jonthefox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Well i bloody did. I bought mine online as usual and they were added to my season ticket card. So i rock up as usual , put my card in the machine....nothing. My son tries his...again nothing. The steward then zaps them with his little thingy and tells me i haven't purchased them for this game and was not allowed entry. I ran to the ticket office and they find i have paid and print me two off, so i ran back (missing the first 5 minutes) only to find my seats had been sold. If we make the prem, can i expect this every week?. Oh , and i didn't get a sorry or a kiss my arse or nothing from the club.
kingcarr21 Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 i had problems aswel i got 2 tickets on internet and when i tried using them one ticket didnt work cause it went through as a ticket for someone with a disability so had to go get it changed at ticket office. Once im finally in the stand someone is sitting in my seat we both had the same ticket!!! luckily for me there was a spare seat just behind them so i sat there but wat a f*****g ball ache.
VLC86 Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Mine worked fine but that's pretty poor. Never ceases to amaze me how the ticket office won't refund tickets bought but things like this are still happening. If I was you I would contact the club
Banks Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 My seat was under the segregation netting Thought I saw someone lying on the black net between the Leicester and Man City fans
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Usual embarrassment from the TO then
Babylon Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Usual embarrassment from the TO then 32,000 people!!! Whilst it's a nightmare when it happens to you, there are going to be problems at any large event whether at Leicester or not.
jammie82uk Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Ticket problems shouldn't happen but when they do I wish some people would help themselves last night it took 5 stewards to sort out who could sit in the double booked seat while there was a vacant "unsold" one right next to it, one guy wouldn't move because he was there first and the other person turned up 20 mins into the game so the guy who was late just stood in the stairway arguing with him

Yeah, Its not like they can practise every other week of the season is it? Or they could even test that the system works before the event? or even empathise with the people it happens to. I think its the fact that people know its going to go tits up but the club do nothing to sort the problem that pisses people off

With the computerised ticket system in place though they clearly shouldn't be, if people can do their jobs properly it wouldn't happen. You don't get this at the theatre so you shouldn't get it at the football. I'd love to witness the communication or saw the dingbat who was responsible for someone being sold a seat under a segregation netting.

Yes, it does happen actually as it has happened to me at a concert and also on a train. I have full sympathy with anyone it happens to as it's shoddy and a pain in the arse, but the slating of the club like it only happens here is wrong.
Bayfox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 2 of my tickets never showed up so I went to get reprints. When they reprinted they reprinted 1 correct ticket and a completely random ticket. Different seat, row and with someone elses name. glad I noticed before ko else it could have been a right ball ache. Minor problem I know but when they had to enter my client ref to print it makes me wonder how I got the random one.
