So with the ticket office getting slagged off on here constantly during the closed season, re season tickets, did anyone not get theirs in time, seats double booked etc, or did the office actually do a good job getting 23,000 tickets in the post to the correct recipients in time?

The King Power was practically sold out on Saturday (the BBC has the attendance down to 31'600 visitors), so I suppose the panicking in the previous weeks was pretty much all but exaggerated.

Not got my season ticket yet.

Probably cos I didn't order one but this is just disgraceful behaviour from the Ticket Office and the club.

Now you go queue yourself, Stan!!

I was first in the line for the "Fans who haven't actually ordered a Season Ticket, yet are still mad as hell for the sake of it".

Yeah I got mine, it worked in the turnstile and my seat was fine, just not any fun now.

I can't buy the £10 tickets for the cup game on lcfcdirect though,

Hey, I may be angry right now but I'm not a queue-jumper.

I believe many ( rightly so in my opinion) slag the ticket office of due to very poor customer service issues. But if you want to pat yourself on the back for getting a few thousand envelopes in the post then good on ya!! The staff need training and surely with such a steady number for a job could at least smile???!

I have to say the overall service in their has improved over the last several months. They are more helpful, pleasant and generally more interested I find. The improvement seems to have coincided with the exit of a couple of particularly up themselves arrogant staff.

I do think that the OP is ignoring how the TO went about this in the first place. Two points remain the same

1) the TO clearly said at the time of purchase that All season tickets would be issued and delivered by the end of July.

2) in line with this club/TO issued a press statement that ALL sea on tickets had been sent out on Friday the 27th (I think that was the date) and that they should be delivered by middle of the next week.

Where as the thread was a welcome change to be completely mislead, I feel is, is far from satisfactory and is the OP really of the mind that don't bother about it untill a couple of days before the first game ? This coupled with the waste of sending out ever card individually makes me question how the TO is being run and who they are accountable to.

Maybe because they have next to nothing to do now !!!
