Only thing im not liking is backing against teams like Fulham, Blackpool right now.

 

Theres a time to lay off these teams. They will not seriously go through the season with one point. They will be huge coupon busters and if anything, the value would probably be ON Fulham with a small stake this weekend if the manager leaving has a galvanising effect on the squad.

whilst i kind of see what you're saying i cannot see any value in bottom of the league, one point all season, now managerless fulham, coming off the back of shipping 5 goals and throwing away a lead being favourites for any match, let alone one against a sometimes tidy blackburn side.

They gave Forest a proper scare the other night and McCormack seems to have found his shooting boots.

 

They've a squad better than relegated teams in the past. They remind me of us under Sousa. I can see big changes.

Boston (8th) vs Gloucester (19th) BTTS (Conference North) Odds: 8/13 

Out of the 9 matches involving Boston this season, BTTS has landed 7 out of 9 times. Boston have scored in all but one of their matches and have also conceded in all but one of their matches. 

 

Gloucester on the other hand BTTS  has landed twice out of four occasions at home but on the road BTTS has landed in every game, five in total.

 

Solihull Moors (16th) vs Stockport County (5th) (Conference North) Odds: 6/10

Solihull have only played 3 home games this season. BTTS has landed on the last two occasions but their opening game was a 0-0 draw with Colwyn Bay. On the road they have scored in the last 4 games, but drew a blank in their first away game. 

 

Stockport save their best form for at home having won 4/5 games at Edgeley Park. On the road BTTS has only landed 2/4 times both coming in their most recent two matches. They have only won 1 away from home this season. Even if they don't manage a win surely they will muster a goal against free scoring Solihull.

 

DOUBLE: 8/5 (Boylesports)

 

Throwing another one into the mix boosts the odds with a treble coming in at 7/2 (Boylesports) although not as sure about this one as the above two.

 

Bishop's Stortford (17th) vs Whitehawk (3rd) (Conference South) Odds: 8/11

Stortfords 5 homes games this season have all ended up with both teams scoring.  Scoring 8 and conceding 12.

 

Whitehawk are much better on the road than they are at home having won 4/5 games away this season. BTTS has landed in 3 of these games with Whitehawk scoring in every game. 

 

I'm confident Whitehawk will have no problem scoring against BS but it remains to be seen whether BS can sneak one past the Whitehawk backline.

if you want to back them because you think a change of fortunes is on the way then go for it, just don't think around 6/4 is value. 

 

they've conceded 5 twice already this season, 14 in their last 4 games, haven't won a game all season, only have one point, have only scored once at home, have failed to score in 3 of 7 games, don't have a manager and are seemingly in complete and utter turmoil. for example, the league table (which never lies ) has them as worse than blackpool, you can get blackpool at about 7/1 for their "easier" game vs brighton this weekend. surely that's more value than the pretty skinny price on fulham? 

 

also slightly not relevant, although could be i guess, just looking through the stats on fulham's season, they've picked up 17 yellow cards and one red in their opening 7 games! including 6 yellows at forest! major lack of discipline there. 

 

they'll win now i've written all that but it'll be a game i'd avoid should i be "tipping" or even having a bet myself this weekend.

I see literally no value in Fulham for the reasons already pointed out, plus they are favourites anyway. Their squad is actually pretty poor and they have a lot of unknown youth.

I expect Rhodes to have a field day!
