Ashley Posted 9 September 2014 Posted 9 September 2014 £20.00 entry fee. Bets will be placed on number of votes the bet has. Percentage of pot placed on bet decided too. 1. Ashley
Danizen Posted 9 September 2014 Posted 9 September 2014 1. Ashley 2. Danizen Will we be using PayPal?
Donut Posted 9 September 2014 Posted 9 September 2014 May i ask, what happens with withdrawals, members being paid their dividends etc? at what point does this happen? what happens with free offers? or if the pot goes down to 0? Do you spread the pot over a number of bookmakers to take advantage of free offers?
Dan Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 I will dodge this due to my appalling track record.
Grandad. Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 Yeah good idea, but you need to make everything Donut has said clear before you take peoples money Ash mate.
Ashley Posted 10 September 2014 Author Posted 10 September 2014 Will explain later in detail. No problem.

The Blur Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 I am up for it but I'll await further explanation before I throw my hat in the ring-is there a limit on people in the syndicate?
ScouseFox Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 Sounds interesting. Good luck with it but I'll just be an interested observer for now, may buy in if it looks good and there's an opportunity at a later date.
AKCJ Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 Going to wait and before joining mate Like the idea though.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 Will hear all the details before committing to this but sounds interesting.
Tom17LCFC Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 i'll most likely add my name later after hearing all the details.
Unabomber Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 This is going to seem controversial but I'm going to wait and hear the details before committing.
Xen Posted 10 September 2014 Posted 10 September 2014 As with others, I'll wait for the details first
Ashley Posted 11 September 2014 Author Posted 11 September 2014 Okay. The explanation. Each member will send the POT HOLDER £20.00. Members will post what bets they think are good for the coming week/weekend(let's not go muggy and get carried away wanting to bet every day). Bets will be voted upon by members, stake ammount to be voted on too. Withdrawing/paying out: People can ask to withdraw at any time, withdrawal fund will be split by 'x' members to get 'x payout'. My family syndicate is currently on £214 this roughly equates to £51 profit each plus the original £20 we started on so currently we each hold £71. As for signing up to new accounts I have a William Hill, Bet365, PaddyPower & Betfair. If people see good sign up offers and are willing to open an account for the syndicate monies will be transfered from POT HOLDER if agreed upon.. should bet be won monies transfered back. Any questions or improvements please post. I will post later on something along the lines of how I would like bets to be posted for members to vote on.
HEGGSY Posted 11 September 2014 Posted 11 September 2014 I'm definitely in. Just one question though, if someone withdraws, are they allowed back in at a later date or no?
Ashley Posted 11 September 2014 Author Posted 11 September 2014 I'm definitely in. Just one question though, if someone withdraws, are they allowed back in at a later date or no? Shouldn't see why not but buy back would surely have to go on what members stake is held? If we're all on £70, £70 buy in?
Ashley Posted 11 September 2014 Author Posted 11 September 2014 Bet example. Happened Saturday just gone. BARNET HOME WIN 2/5 V Alfreton Town League table and form.
HEGGSY Posted 11 September 2014 Posted 11 September 2014 Shouldn't see why not but buy back would surely have to go on what members stake is held? If we're all on £70, £70 buy in?Seems fair to me. Just wondering anyways
