steveherbe Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 Where does this stereotype come from? Seriously, the average age of the standers at the back of SK1 has to be 25 at least. Mentioning no names there are some people that significantly bump the average up Cheers son. I must be the oldest.......
Soup Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 Gaz, was that you? Sorry mate, couldn't resist! Not guilty,I've been on my best behaviour don't you know.
GaelicFox Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 Swap the kop and the family stand I say Very sensible
Dukes not bald Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 Up to the individual, if you want to sing then SING at the top of your voice ?
iancognito Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 It's all been said before but the people that could make a difference are standing next to the away fans shouting at them about their poor support and questionable parentage. If L Block were essentially sitting where SK2 is, it would sound much better. But they'll never move, not all of them. I'm sitting right on the corner next to SK1 and it's great what the guys in there are doing. They just need more bodies doing it. The Happy MONdays flag is a nice addition to the collection too.
Dan Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 I hate to say it but Derby have done exactly what we should have done. They've nailed it with their ground layout.
LCFC FOX Posted 18 January 2015 Posted 18 January 2015 Let's face it though, our club will never do anything like move the away fans or swap the KOP. We're not even allowed to wave flags.
Babylon Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Very good point Babs. Still a shame that it is so quiet though. I know. The club have reaped what they sowed by purposely trying to disperse those who use to be in the real Kop around the ground when we first moved. Although I suppose from their objective they achieved exactly what they wanted.
