Bert Posted 27 February 2015 Posted 27 February 2015 Thought there should be a Seperate thread for this, rather than clog up the thread with your selections for the day you can bang them all in here, as well as everyone might not be interested in doing this of course. As always I've set up a fantasy league for the upcoming festival. You don't need to know anything about the horses, it's just a bit of fun! This is the link for the site https://fantasyracing.telegraph.co.uk/cheltenham/league/and the attached picture has the league name and pin code.
General Smuts Posted 2 March 2015 Posted 2 March 2015 Is there a list anywhere of how many runners/riders each option has? It has last years figures but not this years for some reason. Seems an oversight.
ramboacdc Posted 2 March 2015 Posted 2 March 2015 following this topic. have not made any selections yet but will be playing this day by day.
Bert Posted 4 March 2015 Author Posted 4 March 2015 You can't make selections until 24 hours before the race anyway.
Kitchandro Posted 9 March 2015 Posted 9 March 2015 Are the race selections based on odds or do you get the same points no matter what the price? EDIT: Sorry just found the section explaining
ScouseFox Posted 10 March 2015 Posted 10 March 2015 woo hoo we are top of the league say we are top of the league. Last two races were shite though .
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 10 March 2015 Posted 10 March 2015 Paul Townend looking like a great choice for me so far. No idea why I picked Barry over Ruby.
General Smuts Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 fcking 265th in the world Who was in your stable?
ScouseFox Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Who was in your stable? trying to find an innuendo here but struggling mullins, jonjo o'neill & kim bailey trainers, ruby, tom scu & jamie moore (who weighed in with a big fat 0 points) riding. quite pleased with this effort.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 13 March 2015 Posted 13 March 2015 Completely forgot to put my day 4 selections in. Would have had 2 winners in Peace & Co and On The Fringe, and 3 places in Sort it Out, Roi De Frances and Ned Buntline but that wouldn't have came close to catching Scouse.
Darkon84 Posted 17 March 2015 Posted 17 March 2015 If I'd actually bothered...well, remembered to put selections in for the first and last day, I might have had a chance. Still, considering that, to finish 6th wasn't too bad. Congrats Scouse!
