Blue Bob Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 According to Sky sports news TH has signed for Barcelona for £15 Million. Your thoughts? Mine: Not so sure it is true as it has not been announced officially. £15 Million seems like a bargin Arsenal are ****ed and wont win anything now.
Gené and Tonic Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 15 mill? Arsenal such idiots, they were willing to pay 30 last year
Matt Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Arsene Wenger is on the shortlist for Real Madrid should Capello go. Awesome! Arsenal are fooked, Hopefully.
Blue Bob Posted 22 June 2007 Author Posted 22 June 2007 Sky sports has just announced that it is offical "Arsenal have announced they have agreed a fee with Barcelona". Whats the odds that Wenger will be the next to go?
Blue Bob Posted 22 June 2007 Author Posted 22 June 2007 I think hes past his best. Yeah I think your right, but a second rate Henry still isnt bad - 100 times better than Hammond!!!!
Joe. Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Yeah I think your right, but a second rate Henry still isnt bad - 100 times better than Hammond!!!!
Asha Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Yeah I think your right, but a second rate Henry still isnt bad - 100 times better than Hammond!!!! i wouldnt say 100...
lookwhaticando Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 His talents will be missed, although we've not seen much of them for a year now anyway.

Blue Bob Posted 22 June 2007 Author Posted 22 June 2007 So two man Arsenal, went down to one and won nothing in the last 2 seasons... Now they've lost the 'one'!!Relegation fodder methinks!!! lol lol lol Edited to add extra 's!!! Just my thoughts - do we now see a freefall to the third or as could be known doing a Leeds? Would be funny and there was Forest thinking when they build their stadium they will have the best one in the third division!!! OK I agree a touch hopeful but if they do start to fall they might do so with va va voom!!!!
brookfox Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 No real suprise. Wenger has done this time and again. Petit, Viera, Campbell. Selling his better and higher earning players as they approach 30. Not sure he'll be able to replace Henry though. Although with Aliadiare gone as well surely he'll sign a big name replacement.
Koke Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Knowing Wenger he probably has someone else lined up to replace him. Unless Wenger himself is off next season.
Phube Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Was waiting for your contribution to this thread Phube! I hate to disappoint my adoring fans!!
Tevez Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 I'm going to miss Henry, mainly becuase he is world class.
Craig Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 those that think Arsenal will struggle next season are in for a shock
rob-blue-fox Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 those that think Arsenal will struggle next season are in for a shock how do you know? do you know something we dont? are they signing eto'o (dont know if thats the correct spelling)
MC Prussian Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Yeah I think your right, but a second rate Henry still isnt bad - 100 times better than Hammond!!!! What kind of an odd comparison is that? Henry, Deco, Ronaldinho and Guddy all together in the same boat... Bloody marvelous move! Arsenal can slowly start to plan for the Championship...
Head Honcho Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 He'll be hard to replace but 10 goals he scored last season. OK he was injured for a considerable time but I reckon Arsenal had the best of him so maybe it was the right time for the move.
