Koke Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 The Sun is reporting it, but no one else seems to have picked up on it. Either way, I have zero sympathy for them.

dandannieldanok Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 So that's what you get for leading a club to back-to-back promotions? Decisions like this almost make Milan Mandaric look sane.
ousefox Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 So he gets them up 2 leagues without too much financial backing and is sacked just over a third into the season. Who do Posh think they are going to be able to get that will do any better?!
Corky Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 So he gets them up 2 leagues without too much financial backing and is sacked just over a third into the season. Who do Posh think they are going to be able to get that will do any better?! Barry Fry
Edmund Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 So he gets them up 2 leagues without too much financial backing and is sacked just over a third into the season. Who do Posh think they are going to be able to get that will do any better?! Exactly what a ridiculous decision.
Koke Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 IT'S ON MARK BRIGHTS TWITTER! Mark Bright is a right bellend.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 Barry Fry fooking awful manager. Although I dont like him, Ferguson has done a great job there but they lack any quality players and really only have an good average League 1 team. The only player wont having is Boyd. But what people do forget is that he has spent rather a lot for a lower manager, but it was always a season too early for them and they will probably never come back! SHAME!
BoneDog Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 Let's all laugh at Boro Let's all laugh at Boro Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Where next for Darren? Grimsby?
Koke Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 Not sure what they expected. They were always going to struggle in this division anyway. Or perhaps Posh were expecting 3 straight promotions. Silly cunts.
Budweiser Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 Disgrace. As much as I don't like the man, that is a joke.
Guest Bilo Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 After back-to-back promotions, anybody who didn't think Posh were going to have a hard time of it this season would have to be fooking deluded. Unfortunately for Ferguson, MacAnthony and a number of Peterborough fans appear to be exactly that with their fervent belief that Peterborough would be pushing for the Premiership. Considering they were a League Two side two years ago, fourth from bottom this season wouldn't actually represent a bad return for them. Considering that Ferguson must be a very highly rated young manager after all he has achieved for the club, and also taking into account that Peterborough are struggling as well as them not exactly being a big fish in this division you have to question who on earth would take on what must now appear to be a poisoned chalice. We got lucky with Pearson in spite of the manager's job here being seen as such because anybody with eyes could see the squad had the potential for success in League One and that we were plenty big enough for the Championship, similarly anyone with eyes can see that Posh are a small club by Championship standards and destined to struggle so I doubt they'll be anything like as lucky with Ferguson's replacement. I hear John Barnes is free.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 9 November 2009 Posted 9 November 2009 Not sure what they expected. They were always going to struggle in this division anyway. Or perhaps Posh were expecting 3 straight promotions. Silly cunts. They really were expecting to go up again! And Chris Kamara thought the same look at my sig! I hear John Barnes is free. That would not suprise me actually. I am loving this. Posh are the most arrogant club ever after two promotions they think they are world beaters. They were very lucky last season after MK fooked up and then won a lot of games agaisnt poor teams by a goal. They were always going to struggle as they havent strenghted what so ever, whislt the defence is woeful and the three main players in Mackail-Smith & McClean are very overrated and have now been found out.
