to be honest, the club are basically putting out a video a week of him and Monga it isnt like scouts from around the world arent aware of all youth prospects already. In this modern age you cannot hide players until they have signed a deal. You are better off showing them the path way to the first team with the hope that it makes them sign a pro contract when they can. Or worse case you will get more at a tribunal.

i didn't say have done better than ours... currently they are. I would personally swap any of their structures for our current ones. But hey it really doesnt matter what other clubs do, i just dont want OUR club to continue down the wrong path. Our issue compared to others is quite an easy fix but currently we on yet another collusion course with the iceberg the difference being we have been looking at this iceberg for years and literally done nothing about it other than steer into it!.

Everyone of them premier league clubs are better than ours. Championship ones and Birmingham I don't know enough about them. But this isn't my club is better than yours it is we are getting it so wrong (after getting it right for so long!!) so what is going wrong and why ? The problem is the people that are getting it wrong are not being held accountable and the only ones suffering are us fans.

You can't just say that though. For every Blackburn there is a Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton. There are bad owners of course but if you take our last 4 or 5 years we are sleepwalking into being the next Blackburn. I don't get what it's going to take for fans to look a little deeper and realise how much of a mess we are. It's like have a 50m quid mansion that everyone is jealous of and letting a load of squatters live in it!

i am all for balance but this is cut and shut case. You can ban people and expect people to accept it because "you were close to where it happened" Iti s a ridiculous ban and the club have just doubled down on themselves buy allowing an appeal and the SAME people that banned him were on the appeal committee. Read back about 1 year ago or even probably my first 5000 posts they were all so positive about the club and was similar to you really but Christ its impossible to support these absolute muppets that lead this great club

Humm not really especially when they were still expecting you to pay for your ticket you cannot use. It is obvious that you struggle to see anything wrong with the club at all but come on, surely this is something you don't agree with.

surely not?? I would threaten them with civil action i wouldnt care how much it would cost but that is a joke. In fact the whole thing is a joke how can they ban people without solid evidence?! All of them should take them to court.

The problem is all of them will be here next season. None will get offers from elsewhere where and we will be stuck with them on massive wages.
