I don't understand how you can be the head of a supporters club and not take the temperature across as much of the fan base as possible. That would mean engaging on here, Bentley's Roof, the various Facebook groups, have somewhere at the ground on match days for fans to discuss their issues and just work as an actual supporters club rather than an unwavering advocate for incompetence. They seem to only exist in their tiny echo chamber.
