I can unironically say that I want ten goals. For Newcastle. At this point, I hope we continue to break (negative) records. At least it's going to be a season to remember this way.

I'm still here. Just haven't felt like posting, just lurking. Lost a bit of the love for the club and FT, for various reasons. To make it short: Puel (turgid football) The Helicopter tragedy The pandemic (travel restrictions) The Rodgers effect starting in 2022 Relegation The club's ineptitude in recent years, not just following promotion back to the Premier League (managerial, team, sponsorship issues, player recruitment, treatment of (loyal) fans, Social Media) And to top it off: I have grown tired of FT (I stopped posting after some intense debates that showed preferential treatment for some posters – regarding Trump or climate change, for instance) Also, I've been very busy in my job in the past five years plus. Changed employer a few months before Corona hit. Been giving 150 percent ever since. My overtime total per year is crazy.

Wrong. It's been down for close to two weeks now. Shambles.

Oh, well. I'll watch from the sidelines.
