Obvious PL powers being obvious. 13 minutes of extra-time for that? Spurs aren't... ahem... supposed to lose this. -

C'mon, Leeds! -
Wish they'd bring back this bad boy:

Want to see Partick Whistle back in the Scottish Premier League.

Six – in a team with a pretty weak midfield (as far as I can tell).

Well, the armour and ships depicted in this movie have been the source of much contention ever since the first stills were published. Add to that the type of (modern) language used. I do also expect much more grandeur from an adaptation of the Odyssey. Compare this movie's cast to Troy, it's night and day. Yes, it is a myth. At the same token, it is rooted in history. Sure, some contents were made up or embellished. A "cyclops" or a "giant" could've just simply meant a disfigured or unusually tall person, for instance. That's the fun part about archeology. You never know what you'll find next. Everybody thought Troy was a fantasy, until Schliemann came along (following a hint from Frank Calvert).

I don‘t remember this much fuss made about travel and ticket costs before the 2014 or 2022 World Cup, respectively.

Borehamwood against Rochdale was wild. Quite the upset on the cards, the "home" side should've been 3-0 up. And when you squander your chances, the game goes into another direction entirely. Having said that, it'd be very harsh on Rochdale to miss out on promotion like that. Back to where they belong.

PSG French champions once again. Ligue 1 has turned into one big snorefest. Nantes relegated. What a waste. I remember the days of Karembeu, Makélélé, N'Doram, Loko, Ouédec.

Congrats!

Pisa down to 9 men now.

Does what he does best. No hesitation. Just shoots. And scores. Well done.

Back in the starting line-up. Home game against last-placed Pisa. About time Cremo get a win again.

The major reasons for the Star Trek franchise downfall: Lack of respect for the canon Lack of respect for Roddenberry's vision Little to no interest in technology or how technology works Untalented writers DEI Star Trek Picard managed to pay tribute in Season Three only. Star Trek Academy was simply an attempt at Riverdale in Space. Feelings over facts. In general, current movie and TV show creators are obsessed with opening up the "male space" for a female audience. A trend that has been dominating since about 2010, 2015. Problem is: Science Fiction and superheroes stories (starting with the comics) have always been and will always be appealing to a male fanbase predominantly. Once you show them the middle finger, they're gone.

A week since the end of the season. Kit. sponsor, squad, manager, fans, pre-season fixtures – no news from the club. Everybody on holidays?

I had to look up the place. Never heard of it before. Far edge of the GLA. Stadium with a track and field area combined.

Ken Russell's The Devils will be shown at Cannes in a restored 4K Director's Cut, and then it comes to cinemas across the globe: https://theartsshelf.com/2026/05/09/ken-russell-the-devils-4k-restoration-cannes-2026/ Highly controversial at the time of its making.

Tough ask, with the Super Mario Galaxy movie earning nearly $1b, and Project Hail Mary over $640m. The Odyssey needs to get past $625m at minimum in order to be considered profitable. .
