  1. That 86th minute straight change at right back was ambitious
  2. Look no further than the owner of Sunderland
  3. That some people are willing to back a bloke who can’t even be arsed to do more than five homes games this season. When they talk about being together, he’s not turning up
  4. Btw yhe shithouse move at full time of not being with the players he’s selected and taking the fans comments
  5. I tell you why he’s shit. And why you can’t use the rotten squad excuse. He’s started Winks in all but one game. The one we won. He keeps playing despite all evidence this system
  6. Have a look at Instagram followers. Follows some right bad folk
  7. I’m looking forward to the likes of Chester and Darlington turning up there.
  8. Love bit of Friday night gaslighting on the socials
  9. If there's anything the club have done this season, it's unite Foxestalk Stick Aiyawatt into the Middle East ceasefire pronto!
  10. Ayew isn't a lead striker - you can just about get away with it when you have James on who actually runs past him. He's far better in a 2 or no.10 role when you have all of the ball. There's so many repeat errors that the managers who've been here have done. The double eight system kills us with Winks and Skipp but equally provides no cover for the full-backs to overlap on the wingers. It's a mess but if you keep changing your manager every few months, no-one can build a team and form it. Ruud had sussed the bad eggs, he was ****ing crap but would have been interesting with a pre-season. Cifuenties, twice got his fingers burned by playing the bad eggs, and needed some help in January with players. The club failed that.
  11. I am not going to lie. I ****ing hate what we've become. I hate the owner. I hate the tension between the fanbase. I ****ing detested that performance on Monday. But it's like having a family member in bad health, I am still ****ing involved even if I know the outcome. I still care despite all that abuse. I hate it. But this football club are one of the only consistency in my life. I'll be wholly involved come 2.59pm tomorrow. I can't quite bring myself to wanting us down cos I just think of all the strive to jobs, the economy, the community side of the club, the women's set-up (which we forgot includes girls between 9-15 now).
  12. Robins and Viveash had a big falling out in their last year at Cov. That’s why the latter is now at Middlesbrough
  13. I’m sure we will see the Skipp & Winks axis of terror again
  14. I can imagine how much they disliked that away end in Warsaw. Randers was an example where people who wanted risk it went and booked it. No worries about Omicron. You could argue those two ends were the last bastion of a proper away end
  15. They did. But the bloke they were protesting about remains in position. By comparison Wednesday and Reading's protest during games as well as taking away the cash flow did see the people dragging the club down let go of the club from their ownership I am not saying it's a bad idea. Merely that the most effective scheduling of protest is always that which disturbs the game or is notable to the wider footballing public.
  16. Yes that Derry accent of Vaz's really comes through
  17. Speaks volumes that two of the last first callers have been going since the 1970s and calling the season/ownership situation as it is. So much for being 2016 fanboys
  18. Judging by his absence as his decision making affects the families biggest business investment they’ve made, I think you’ve hit the winner there
  19. A delectable quad in Sheffield, largely helped by @Stadt list. Lined the stomach with Avocado and Eggs on Toast in Tamper Coffee Walk over to the Grapes for a superb Guinness, literally divine, cash only Three Tuns - so beautiful inside, funk sample classics on the LP, good variety of beer, a real winner - might be up in the All Time favs The Wellington - Needseed brewery, rolls for a quid, beautiful traditional boozer, next to a tram stop. Fagan's on the way back for a couple. It was dead. So I wouldn't say it disappointed, so more I am sure this pub is a different beast when busy. A pure stout day. **** me the train back was a chore, thankfully snoozed through Derbyshire. I need to lay off it for a bit but I'll have a dabble in Belfast soon, then a break.
  20. It’s not cos Oxford are on the same points as us and goal difference is just six. They have Wednesday to play. Alongside Pompey having a game in hand
  21. STEP 3 Harborough are a win away from champions and promotion. I reckon they might go hybrid part-time/full-time next season. Quorn are slightly falling away from the play-offs after a stinky result at Stamford yesterday. Saving grace is that they have Redditch on the final day of the season. Barwell could be down next week. STEP 4 Nomads went top yesterday. Albeit on goal difference, they finally hunted down Carlton. Shepshed's playoff bid looks like it's just going to miss out. Loughborough Students done their traditional escape act. Still could be caught though. STEP 5 Melton & Ashby put some wins together to get away from relegation issues. Ashby could still be dragged in Aylestone Pk have finally worked themselves in the playoff spots but still a lot of games in hand to be played. Lutterworth not out of that final playoff spot either. Both teams would have Atherstone away. Hinckley and Nirvana have settled middle of the pack. Oadby GNG look as good as down - been a long time coming. STEP 6 Coalville on for the play-offs, a potential of any three teams - one of which could be Grace Dieu Heather in playoffs of MFL D1, St Andrews got to hope some results go their way to get a playoff spot, a whole of glut of clubs mid-table and then Saffron Dynamo hoping for Wednesfield not to win their game in hand and end up in the drop zone.
  22. A sad reflection that underdog feeling has been surpassed by an acceptance. Very sad
  23. I can’t quite put my finger on it but yeah that was just a very strange experience as an awayday today. Maybe just a feeling my service is done now.
  24. Because he’s not a high 8. He’s a 6. In Rowett’s only win, we played 4-1-4-1 and Skipp was in front of the defence. He was man of the match and as good as any individual, hardworking performance we’ve seen all season
