Id disagree. Its a world class facility ready made and any new purchaser of the club is doing so with the intentions of leading it back to the top in time, not to consolidate as a run of the mill championship side. Whilst the value of the training ground build was "X" whatever value they get for a club sale will be based on numerous factors, that being a meaningful inclusion but in no means suggests they can value it at cost. We were a premier league club when it was built and a successful one at that. Either they are sold as a League 1 or Championship club should they return but in no way does Seagrave impact numbers like it would if they were PL again.

They'd need to keep Seagrave for any sale. Regardless of people's thoughts on what its done to the club its a hugely attractive proposition to any prospective buyer.

You'd think 1more year he'll attempt, needing a direct return before speaking with potential buyers. Just a hunch. I think Rudkin will be paid off, club will finally bow to pressure here given the drop.

First 2 games had promise given who and where we were playing. Norwich was largely terrible. Will have to see how today goes but that looks like a side there to solely defend. Tbh Rowett has probably got the job in League 1 regardless
