Noone cares about him being made captain today if we win. Absolute rubbish if you say you do. I'm not a huge Hamza fan but he was outstanding against Bournemouth and noone would have questioned his inclusion today had we have won.

Superb tonight and measured 👏

Felt different tonight and not just with the 9 changes made. May be as we weren't favourites to win for a change but players felt slightly more care free out there and at times our play was outstanding. Perhaps a welcome break from the league slog? Brilliant performance and night.

Liked what I saw tonight. Final ball/shot yes needed work but gave a great performance out there.

Love his song, love his attitude. But boy, he's got some way to go to make a big impact over here.

Played well tonight and I'm no fan but his finishing is largely awful for a centre forward.

Ridiculous decision to hook him. Miles better than Fattawu who stunk the place out again on the right. Yes Stephy missed a sitter but looked a threat and they were always nervous of him.

Mental strength is equally important as ability. Without both you will hit problems. Momentum is huge especially at this stage of the season. I'm not convinced we have enough in us to keep up. Once doubts creep in it can feel like every game is a cup final in terms of pressure. Play offs would literally finish this lot given what they would have let slip as a result. Christ I hope I'm wrong.

At least we know its not just a Rodgers problem. When we fold we really fold.
