I don't rate Whittaker. he flatters to deceive with his antics. He is technically sound, but lacks real power for that division.

When you really think about it, Wardley is basically the UKs version of Deontay Wilder. Big puncher but no fundamentals. His story is incredible, but he's peaked for sure.

Tried to get into art once. Went to an exhibition and bought a really expensive limited edition painting from a world famous artist..... 6 months later, Rolf Harris' deeds all came out and that investment went up in smoke 🤣🤣. Never again.

I don't think Claudio is managing us at the minute mate.

Seagrave says Hi!

Enoughs enough now. I was willing to give him time at the beginning of the season, but this is dreadful.

Darn it!! I was ready to go full conspiracy theory on this.............. US insist on Europe releasing it's diesel reserves.... then removes it's airforce, leaving the door wide open for Russia to invade further west and European military unable to react as well as normal due to low fuel supplies..... and then SOMEONE gives a perfectly reasonable explanation for the planes leaving..... absolute Pish.

How is it then that I ended up with an absolute c*nt???!!?!

that isn't what they are suggesting... the national care service is intended to pay for personal care only. not for beds in care homes (or at least i think that's true) - What they have said though is that no one will be expected to "sell the family home" to pay for it... so i suspect a straight IHT charge on every single estate is likely to be built in to this. I personally think that's the right call. Ive had two relatives recently that did end up in care with dementia. They were in care homes for a number of years and ultimately had to sell their home and then burned through all that cash during their stay. better to have a cap on the cost that is predictable and manageable for most people.

makes you wonder why Donald Trump had been watching these very bad guys for as long as he said they had been

sure, because effectively the government invested in your house, so they share n the uplift of that investment. They ultimately owe 20% of the house under Help to Buy. IF it were the opposite and Labour suggested a scheme where you only paid back what you borrowed, then everyone on the right would be up in arms about "freebies". We used help to buy for the house we are in now. We still have the Help to Buy loan... it isn't overly painful every month (we've been here 6 years now.) we COULD borrow to pay the loan off, but the increase in borrowing cost is more than the interest on the HTB scheme. We plan to sell the house and downsize significantly at retirement, and will pay it back at that point, unless interest rates drop again significantly in the future and borrowing is cheaper to do. I'm sure your brother will tell me i'd making a loss on that decision financially (I probably am technically) - But I can invest more in my pension and investments now, rather than putting that to the extra borrowing i'd need to pay off the HTB scheme today. My hope, is that the growth in those investments eventually pay off the HTB anyway.

Greg2607 replied to LeicesterBran's topic in Music and Gaming
I've just downloaded RDR2 and playing it for the first time (it was on offer for about £20..... honestly... i'm in Chapter 2 and it's all very MEH. story is slow to evolve... travelling from anywhere TO anywhere takes about 3 weeks! Am I missing something here??? -
Good Start.

are we at the stage where we are clinging on to what Sean from Flippin Enderby is saying!?!?!?!

Fixed it for you.....

WOW!!!!! his engine just switched off!

I imagine you are right, but the one thing we don't know about itauma is how he reacts if he gets clocked. It was a throw away bet, but it's not a 9-1 fight this.
-
This is a tough tough fight for itauma. lots of people expecting him to steamroller hrgovic. Make no mistake if he DOES steamroller him, it moves him to be one of the best fighters in the heavyweight division. I've actually put a £5 bet on hrgovic at 9-1 that's long odds for a fight this close.

Until you realise he is saving them for the league.....
