De Zerbi hasn't left Brighton to come here.
-
Yeah I think you're right, I'd like to see him at another team other than Cov for a while, might be one of those who does well at 1 club but not elsewhere.
-
Potter, but don't think we'll get him. Mark Robins I've wanted for years.
-
Sunak has got to be deliberately trying to lose as many seats as possible, there's no other explanation.
-
Been linked with Sunderland for about 4 weeks now.
-
I didn't want him gone, but 10m compo rather than him signing a new deal is a good outcome for us. He might go on to be amazing, but I'm not totally convinced from what I've witnessed this season.
-
Take the 10m and find a new manager.

Rangers can never beat these when it matters. Rodgers will have a big job again soon
-
Tell that to the huge queues of people with mobile tickets I see at most home games

The "do they mean us?" thread pt 4

'Lack of squad depth' Definitely the most depth in any squad, except maybe Leeds. Struggled after Xmas losing Casadei, but we had 5 months of a luxury (Casadei, luxury)most other clubs in this league could only dream of. -
Most people in the poll thread sticking with the card then, good to see.
-
Potter or the WBA manager the favourite 2 IMO. Although Potter and the England job is a shout.

'On the Wolves website,, external owner Jeff Shi stressed commercial growth is "vital" for the club' These owners always say the same, yet the additional revenue from increasing ST prices is probably 3/4 million. -
What are you on about epic fail I'll repeat myself, anytime we've sold a player to Chelsea we've gotten fantastic money, they've got the odd bargain, which is when we've had a release clause in the contract (Kante), which LCFC themselves choose to put in there (regardless of whether Kante insisted on it). Where is the epic fail or backtracking here?
-
Well exactly, I'm not saying the club are wrong for doing so, I'm saying if we want the player that badly we agree to it, we can't then moan when Chelsea come along and 'asset strip' us, getting the player/manager for a cut down fee. You either have the player and the clauses, or you don't. Anytime we've sold a player to Chelsea, who didn't have a release clause, we've gotten fantastic money.
-
Mckenna is definitely going, one of those 3 clubs will want him and he'll go.
-
Going for these managers is wild, Mckenna ffs, even Nigel Adkins got back to back promotions with Saints. Both of them need another couple of seasons IMO.
-
For a club like us, being asset stripped by someone like Chelsea is like winning the lottery, they overpay for pretty average players. They get the odd bargain, but that's because we have release clauses in our contracts, that's our own fault. It's down to us as a club to always have the next Kante, Drinkwater, Chillwell, Fofana or Enzo ready and waiting to sign. We should already be looking at replacements for players like KDH, Mads and Fatawu, all of these could be off within the next 12/24 months, hopefully for big money.
-
Oh my good God it's gonna be a new 5 year contract on silly money again isn't it?
-
Please don't offer him a new contract on silly money for 5 years.
-
Only a couple of hundred get picked. This was how it was last season anyway.
-
Ticket ID checks again next season will hinder that.
