Football is moved and changed to suit the top six. Everyone else in the football system just seem to make the numbers. I'm pretty share most football fans love the prospect of the replays the idea of non league club holding a premier club in 90 minutes get another bite of the cherry by having a replay. Which means more money for the lower league club and possible tv revenues from that.
