the root cause is the board i fully agree. mismanagement from the top down without a doubt. but in those single moments at home to Swansea/QPR/Norwich/Oxford it is the players not putting the effort in.

what baffles me is after we went 1-0 down some started chanting "sack the board".... i'm all for protests and kicking off but the board are not to blame at that particular moment for Mukasa trying a short FK, for Ricardo not chopping him down and for their keeper making some good saves in the first half. That is on the players. it's all well and good chanting "not fit to wear the shirt" at 90 mins, again all well and good but we need to be doing MORE. these lot have let us down time and time again.
