the root cause is the board i fully agree. mismanagement from the top down without a doubt. but in those single moments at home to Swansea/QPR/Norwich/Oxford it is the players not putting the effort in.

what baffles me is after we went 1-0 down some started chanting "sack the board".... i'm all for protests and kicking off but the board are not to blame at that particular moment for Mukasa trying a short FK, for Ricardo not chopping him down and for their keeper making some good saves in the first half.
