Sir Bobby Charlton

A true gent. Wonderful player and World Cup winner. So glad to have seen him play. RIP, Bobby. -
Vestergaard scored, can that be right?!!

You are somewhat presumptuous stating what you think I pose as. You have your opinion about politics as do I. That doesn't mean to say you are right and I am wrong. The fact of the matter is I will absolutely staggered if Labour don't win by a landslide, probably greater than Bliar's victory back in 1997. Time will tell on that and how they fare in Office.
-
I don't think I said I wanted them in. I'll be one of those who will spoil their ballot paper when the time comes as history has shown they are all as bad as each other.
-
Do you think Labour will do a better job? I'm genuinely curious.
-
I don't think it was an "ideological choice" at all. Weren't you aware of the infamous note left by Labour's Liam Byrne, obviously not. Let's not forget, as well, when Labour do get into power next year they will only say the same about the Tories.
-
And the prospect of another decade of austerity, no thanks.
-
No surprise in these by-election results. I'm just amazed so many still voted for the Conservatives. Let's have a General Election now, get the other mob in and hope they do a better job than how they left things in 2010.

I don't hold Smith responsible. On reflection, for the amount of games left, it would probably have been better not to have employed anyone. We knew, more or less, what our fate was. Things appear to have been turned around but that has nothing to do with the debacle of last season but all to do with the Maresca coming here. Success will have certainly rubbed off on him from his time at Man. City and is very much to our benefit. Time will tell but we certainly couldn't have had a better start to a season. Long may it continue.

There are "lunatics" as you put it on both sides. No side is blameless and the atrocities will continue.

Now in my 70's I can't ever remember when there has been real peace in the Middle East and I doubt there ever will be as hatred of both is always simmering underneath.
-
That is history as we have won the last 3 games since the tournament started. Too many schoolboy errors in this game I'm afraid.
-
England seem to have had too many days off to contemplate how easy this game was going to be.
-
Having now won more league this season than the whole of last the one is barmy and just shows the woeful level of competition in the Championship. But you can only play what's in front of you. Up the City!!
-
Of course we are, without doubt, but not good enough to be in the one above.
-
'Fergie Time' still evident at Old Trafford.
-
What? Even after last season's abysmal performance. I don't think so.
-
He comes on and scores. What a player Vardy is.
-
Looking at them and their record so far this season they shouldn't be there. Completely out of their depth!!
-
We should be "stoked" up for this one. Another 3-0 will do nicely.
-
The result in Rutherglen was no surprise. With the SNP & Tories in such disarray there was only ever going to be one winner.

I'd like to know if anyone on these boards never made a mistake?

I just wonder how Klopp would feel if the boot were on the other foot and his opponents fell foul of VAR? He'd be as quiet as a church mouse.
