This should be in the agenda for sure with Foxes Trust and the other fans group. Here is the fitting image @Daggers posted in transfer section, as I suspect that section will get hidden with the window ended now.

There is no way top and susan are guilt free on this, rudkin is the go between, but the parameters he can work under, the funds available, the negotiating limits will be defined by susan/top. They also are responsible for keeping him in the position, so that alone makes them culpable. Looking at all the reports related to things like payment structure, the fact a 500k loan is no different to a 4 year purchase for 2 million in regards to FFP and that in recent years we have only managed to bring players in either following big sales or a large loan from the bank, all points to cash flow issues. The next set of accounts will be interesting and hopefully the numbers in that wont be too obfuscated to see how close to FFP we actually were. FFP having 2 limits, a lower soft limit, and the higher hard limit, the higher hard limit can only be met without a severe penalty when proof of funding the permitted losses is available.

We also know the game doesnt stand still. Learnt the hard way last season. Club is a complete joke now, might share dagger's image around, I feel its very fitting.

That might be the official story we get I expect.

all going to our usual procedure.

Business as usual for the club.

Many footballing decisions likely arent sourced at Rudkin, there is an assumption here he is solely responsible for all our transfer problems. But he does have a boss.
-
Not surprised, I said earlier in the season our finances wont be healthy, the issue is the communication to both the fans and the manager of the state of the club.

Twice in a row suggests it might be more than a accidental problem.

Different interpretations. I cannot remember all of these games specifically, but I would call ipswich 50/50 we had first half, they had second, I thought the views of many Leicester fans in the ipswich thread were very rose tinted, I think with bias to own club. The second half in that game is one of the worst halves of football I have ever seen us play. Didnt watch swansea due to lack of feed available. Friend who attended said we were poor. Birmingham was a slight edge, we were just very clinical in that game with a great counter. Huddersfield, poor first half where we tried to make it a training session, but decent second half. Millwall tight game. Had to adjust second half. Cardiff, I agree on, they were very passive, also Rotherham of course the worst team in the league right now. Lets see how good we are on 16 march.

You think putting it on general only so close to the game is a decent amount of time to buy? Also the ST prices are super low compared to matchday.

I feel thats a waste of money, I seen the Sensei deal as prepping for the EPL which is why I wanted it to happen, as once we are confirmed, we wont be getting quoted the same prices.

As I understand it loans keep the book value of player, so for FFP purposes its easy profit. For whatever reason we are incapable of clearing out the fringe players permanently (without them running down their contracts first). Although Daka is probably one of the two strikers I would have in consideration this season, the other being cannon. Nacho and Vardy the previous first two choices, have fallen of a cliff.

Which bit do you find pathetic? the play looked fine to me. Bear in mind as well these teams dont have EPL money to build their squads.

I think there is elements of this thread evolving into saying people who have criticised dont understand things or are entitled which is why initially I only made my small comment. Of course at the game, people should be positively supporting the team, and in the past 2 years or so the stadium does have an issue where our fans dont seem to be positive when we drawing or losing. I dont think thats anti enzo its just a problem thats developed at the ground. There is nothing wrong with identifying flaws in the way we play and being concerned that when we play higher level opposition they wont give us the luxury of needing 20 passes to score a goal, and in particular when its given away at the back we will get punished. I do support enzo but he will be forced to adapt after promotion, because we not buying him a 500 million pound squad thats capable of what he wants. Now enzo somehow might make it work the way he wants in the EPL, if he does I will praise him for it. What is interesting some people cant tell the difference from when we playing with intention to score, and intention to just keep the ball. I have seen games where the passing is not a build up to forward play, its just to keep the ball and possession padding (usually on 1-0 leads). I have also seen games where we passing in a way to find space to get the ball forward, and there is people who cant tell the difference between the two. It is what it is. But if I come across someone who doesnt agree with me, I usually listen to their thoughts and respect their opinion. Enzo I can understand being frustrated on the negative ground atmosphere, but he needs to accept not everyone will see him as a football god. Every manager has to accept that.

She is one of our most technical players and can see how important she is playing up the pitch, cant see her been moved back. She isnt even listed as a defender now on the squad page.

Problem is developing patterns, which is why looking at a whole season is flawed. Early season I think we went for a while conceding no goals at all after 70 mins, which started to make me super confident when we hit that point in a game that other team was no threat. We also scored late goals. However in more recent games it feels like its flip flopped. Second half of games is still better than first when the first half isnt great, but there is a definite pattern forming now on late goals been conceded. ultimately though if we sitting on a decent lead, it doesnt matter, its been made into an issue with trying to sit on 1-0s. It happened against swansea but didnt matter given we were 3-0 up, who cares if its 3-0 or 3-1.

We either right up to the edge on FFP or there is no change in the bank for the upfront payment. I think both are equally possible. It would be quite extraordinary for us to be so close to the FFP limit that even a hit of 500k on the annual accounts would take us over. Also the 500k covert to purchase I think is almost equal to FFP of a 2m purchase because of amortisation (assuming 3-4 year contract), this actually makes cashflow look the more likely hindrance rather than FFP. Whatever the reason there is something not right at the club of which I am in agreement with teapot and strider. When we was selling one big asset per season and had replacements in place, that was mostly fine, it was a clear plan and seemingly executed well, now it just appears as chaos and trying to navigate day by day. When I read strider's post on the list of players lost over only 2 seasons alone, it was a real eye opener, far from one a season and with almost all of them not replaced adequately, whilst not a single statement from the club on whats going on.
