To me it feels like all ambition, direction, and forward planning has collapsed with the death of Vichai, and its now kind of going through the motion doing whats needed to keep the club moving along. Absolutely nothing from the club on its long term plans, financial situation and so forth.

There is also the forward thinking as well, in my opinion he is a EPL quality player. So the board who over estimates our squad might sell KDH, we replace him with someone not as good, and end up spending more money than we get for him to eventually find someone as good.

I havent read much of the thread, but we must have watched different games. We were the better side first half, you was the better side second half, and on reflection of that 1-1 was a fair result. My issue is nothing to do with snobbery, thinking we entitled to beat you, its quite simple really, we played to hold on to a 1-0 lead for the entire second half. If we gave it a go and lost, I would have preferred that to what happened. This is like politics it can be spinned easily. As you said in last 20 games they only gained 3 points so surely it wont happen? I will spin it in a different direction. In the last 6 games they have gained 5 points, so that now makes it inevitable. You see my point? For interest, the sitting on the fence in middle last 12 form, has them gaining only 1 point. When I look at form I tend to look at 6-12 games range, the last 6 isnt great, but I knew our January would be poor anyway. Ndidi might be back in 2 weeks so I expect our last 12 form to hold. Although many of these wins will probably be unconvincing.
