  1. Looked at the format and was expecting a poem. That was not poetry Sir!
  2. The biggest positive from all this is that whenever I look at our new manager, I feel like Brad Pitt.
  3. He is actually a very likable bloke. I thought that even when he was at Forest, which is saying something! It's all a bit meh, but we just need to somehow stay up this season, and he did that with Forest despite a control freak owner! Hopefully, he impressed in the interview and has backroom staff ready to join as well. He could do worse than getting Kingy on board!
  4. I give in 45minutes before we get the first “We’ve got no identity or plan A!”
  5. At least he is handsome.
  6. Makes sense. I suspect that the press leak last night was pushed by the club to put pressure on Potter, but nada! Cooper has been sleeping in his car outside the training ground, so got the phone call and all done in an hour!
  7. Does this confirm that Romano makes most this crap up then?! Why post something so specific if it was a load of tosh.
  8. it is definitely cooper
  9. Potter never passed the sniff test if I am honest. Something didn't seem to add up. Let's all get behind Cooper....
  10. Went to bed, it was Potter. Woke up, it's Cooper. Oh, the horror.
  11. Don't Leicester need to ask WBA permission to speak to Corberan first? That is usually widely reported when it happens to.
  12. I'd jump at that if I was Potter.
  13. Seems strange that people are using Potter's Premier League finishes of 15th, 16th and 9th, as some sort of disqualifying offence. I'd take any of those finishes over the next 2 seasons, especially as we need to rebuild ourselves as a Premier League team again.
  14. Surely Potter would have ruled himself out by now if wasn't interested. Suspect his demands are on the higher end, so maybe why the club are still assessing other options. I think he would be a decent appointment in our situation, but can't see a number of fans given him much time or patience.
  15. This is exactly what Rudkin is telling Potter right now. Done deal.
  16. I think we are moving in the right direction. We should always be appointing a Manager based on his handsomeness.
  17. was always going to happen, as their league is flopping. Can't beat em? Buy em!
  18. That's speculation. He may not want the England job at all right now for all we know.
  19. I'd take 15th or 16th right now thanks. Brighton hadn't been in the Premier League long by that point, and so were hardly meant to be pushing for top 8 finishes. They are a different team with bigger ambitions now, but that is partly due to Potter keeping them comfortably in the Premier League whilst he was there.
  20. Who's your choice?
  21. People seriously turning their nose up at Potter?
  22. Good! Hope the Premier League have to rethink this whole thing, as it feels like they are shitting on their own doorstep with these rules. Most important thing for them, is to keep the Premier League the best in the world, whilst also not allowing clubs to bankrupt themselves with dodgy owners. Drop all charges against us!
  23. As I said before, if it is Cooper, then I think that is because our preferred choices aren't interested or too expensive. I'll get behind him if he comes in, but it is all a bit meh.
  24. I like KDH, but I don't think he is good enough for Chelsea and their aspirations. It would be a Danny Drinkwater type move for KDH as well IMO. Chelsea would probably give him a silly 7 year deal and he would barely get a sniff.
