Ruud staying is actually pointless now. He simply can't win a game. Players have already thrown the towel in and will be planning their summer moves. Give it to someone to start planning for the Championship and begin identifying players and a style of playing. Ruud is just a waste of time now.

I don't mind the guy. He came into a hopeless situation. But, he should never have been appointed. Wrong man for a relegation battle. It's over for us now though, but I would still prefer he walked after tonight and we get someone in who knows what they are doing for next season.

I'd be up for new owners now. Feels like Top is destined to turn us into a midtable Championship club, whether next season or in the near future. I think the whole club and fanbase need a big change and reset. We reached the top of the mountain with King Power, but we are rapidly falling down and at this point, it doesn't even feel like a new DOF would do enough to halt that decline. Needs to be a complete change of ownership and ideas.

This doesn't even feel like incompetency now from Top and Rudkin. Just feels like they have given up even caring at this point. There is still a small chance we could finish above Wolves, but to not even try for that, is criminal.

I like RVN, that is why I think he should walk now, and rightly bemoan being set up to fail. Dyche to come in and give us a small chance of grinding out enough wins to get above Wolves.

What do we need in the Summer for the Championship

I think we will be cut far adrift soon from the other teams above us. Laughable now, that some said our squad was good enough to finish mid-table. Woeful squad, inexperienced Manager, and total mismanagement from Top and Rudkin. High chance we we will be relegated again, and nailed on, that lessons won't be learned once again. I think Top should move on, and we should clear house and actually rebuild properly this time. That won't happen though, and so best case scenario is that Top clears house everyone below. New DOF and a Manager that wants to build something from the bottom up over 3-4 years. Trying to look to the future, as the present is pretty dire right now.

I will be shocked if the club haven't found a way to f**k themselves over again. More likely, they are confident we can lawyer our way out of it once more.

I listened to a Dutch reporter talking about this, and so I suspect there is some truth behind this falling out with some players at PSV after only 1 season. A slight red flag, along with him having a big fall out with Ferguson in his playing days. Gary Neville also said he would never have imagined Ruud to go into Management, a light hearted dig at his selfish temperament from what I can gather. There is still a lot of unknowns though, and we just have to hope that those are filled with positive outcomes for Leicester. He will likely have instant respect from the players, due to his playing days, something that now seems obvious that Cooper wasn't given or lost quite quickly. It feels good to be excited again, but we really don't know what we have yet. We still have a poor squad, so I am hoping he will be afforded a little patience, at least until he can get some of his own players in during January. I am just praying something clicks and it becomes the perfect match for Ruud and the squad, and we manage to keep a healthy gap to the bottom 3.

Absolutely. I was listening to the messiah Simon Jordan on Talksport, and he slipped in that he hadn't watched much of Leicester this season, but then happily went on to lambast the decision to sack Cooper. What a tit.
