  1. Probably, but not fully. Free at the point of need will still be a thing but I think the "need" will be more stringently evaluated.
  2. Food safety regulations came in which banned food coming into contact with printing ink which (allegedly) contaminates food - the fat in the food causes the ink to transfer from the newsprint to the food. Also the printing ink used was known to contain small levels of lead.
  3. Both the machines and the cigarettes contained therein
  4. This is something I don't understand. Surely there would be an electronic "fingerprint" showing the timing that keystrokes/clicks were made in an attempt to reverse the anomaly. Which would then reveal the doubling of the loss figure?
  5. Wordle 944 3/6 🟨⬜🟩⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  6. TUNE!!!!!
  7. Add to those, Estonia, Romania, Slovenia etc. Stunningly beautiful and cheap, rich in history and culture and very much catching up with the modern tourist world these days. Maybe it's the association with dictatorial regimes of the past that puts people off. Get it whilst it's cheap because it won't be for much longer. I wouldn't agree that Italy is a boring dump though.
  8. Not bad. I would. At least there'd be no complaints or apologies.
  9. A tap that dispenses gin with a separate tap for tonic
  10. Hologram TV. Coronation Street's final episode. Eastenders with no murders
  11. Natural grass that never needs cutting.
  12. I've got several pairs of pliers and some string and a number of internal doors.
  13. Never gonna happen.
  14. By that statement you clearly did know who we were on about, so the critique remains the same.
  15. VR becoming a huge training tool for surgery. AI taking over most commercial/industrial and personal tasks. Criminals using AI for criminal gain Automated farm machinery using GPS and AI to plough, plant and harvest crops. Automated building of brickwork or digging trenches for underground utilities.
  16. That's not an unpopular opinion, in my opinion. I've just watched some quiz show on TV and she is painful to watch. Controversial, but like @Wymsey, I think that without her disability, she wouldn't be where she is now in terms of celebrity status.
  17. The ad for Smash: Cinzano:
  18. That's current so it can't yet be a classic. If you don't mind @Stadt, I'm going to start a new topic around this.
  19. Plentiful in supermarkets around bonfire night.
  20. This explains why I thought most of teachers at school wrote a load of crap on the blackboards:
  21. Sectioning under the Mental Health act.
