Try to stick to high protein and fibre to fill me up. Don’t really eat that many carbs apart from potatoes. I make a decent meal that fills me up and is really tasty most nights: 300g chicken marinated in tikka masala paste 250g~ diced potato Half a chopped onion half a chopped pepper Bag of microwave broccoli Add a bit of yoghurt sauce on top, lemon juice and some crumbled feta

One of the things about calorie counting is you don’t have to cut out what you like, unless that’s a 3,000 calorie mega dominoes pizza or whatever. I still eat takeaways and stuff I like, just try and not eat before so I feel like using all my calories was worth it. For some reason I feel being more extreme and going quicker motivates me more. I work from home though, so I guess people on their feet all day would need to eat more

Ben Nelson won’t turn out any better than what we’ve got, didn’t stand out at all last season

Anyone making good progress this year? I’ve lost 20kg (3 stone?) eating at 1500 and going to the gym a few times a week. Want to get to my target of -95kg before mid March, so I’m trying 1100 calories for 3 weeks to see how it goes. Been going since Saturday and haven’t felt as hungry as usual, and have seen some decent drops in weight
