  1. surely not… it has to be: vardy mavididi. bilal. buonnanotte
  2. wow dead last
  3. i know that’s a joke but a full season of internationals would be pretty cool. “yeah they’re good, but can they do it on a cold rainy night in iceland”
  4. that’s a little odd. if he’s fit enough to train with the 1st team you’d expect him to have gone back?
  5. I think we’ve improved since rodgers departed and the training methods started to change. Just bad luck in this case and probably due to playing a lot of serious football, in a short amount of time. Doubt his body had been tested properly before this point in time. His other loans he never really nailed down a starting spot
  6. same man! I went to a preseason game against kettering and it was just development players but I remember thinking the sky would be the limit for him. Such a shame.
  7. It’s not a decision we have any part in. Either Top wants to continue or he doesn’t. No chance he steps away given the family attachment to the club imo. If he can afford it, he won’t leave
  8. yeah but as @spacemunky said, only a handful of them even make their bench. Their actual 11 pummels us every time
  9. perfect. Monga and fatawu starting in the championship next year then
  10. it’s funny how when they introduced under 21s playing in this competition, fans were terrified that the b teams would always win. I bet against the youth teams because they always tend to get thumped. It’s a reality check really, because even standing out in under 21 football is lower than playing against a league 2s reserve team. All it shows is that loans are needed because the level is clearly miles below football league
  11. caden voice just scored for wolves… yuck
  12. The only hope is that if Potter is interested now, the club have shown interest in him for years. Might act a little more swiftly to get him. Similar to how Puel was let go because we could get Brendan at that time
  13. in football the golden rule of management is the ‘ABC’ rule. Anyone But Cooper
  14. I feel exactly the same. When you have no hope, its hard to enjoy the games. Best case scenario is a shit house flukey win in a game like that.... or any game with the way weve been set up. My wife came downstairs expecting me to be stropping and it was like nothing had happened. I wasnt bothered because there was never that slither of hope that I had to begin with. I dont like that the emotional reaction is lost in me as that means its also less of a triumph when we win. I just want to get back to loving my club with all its flaws, but something just feels off. Whats sad, is that for me personally, Enzo had restored so much of that for me. I really felt galvanized again. Just being part of a project was enough for me, but this isnt a project as theres nothing that were really working towards. Its not a case of survive and kick on with Cooper. Its not a case of trying to implement a new style of play. Its not even a case of developing youngsters to help the club in the longrun. It just feels soulless. I literally just switch on because I dont want to miss a minute of what might be vardys last time with us and now even that might be stripped away.
  15. "Mathys Henri Tel is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. Known for his pace, finishing, and creative dribbling ability, Tel has drawn comparisons to his French compatriots Kylian Mbappé and Karim Benzema." If the guy is a hybrid of Benzema and Mbappe.... gerrrrrrrrrrimmmmmmmmmmmminnnnnnnnnn
  16. it’s still a travesty that we didn’t keep hold of max gradel
  17. I get that i’m in the minority and logically so but… I still believe there is a player in there that we just haven’t untapped yet. He still looks like a stranger on the pitch, i’m not sure what it is but the synergy just doesn’t seem to be there with him. When he makes the right runs the ball doesn’t get to him and when he has the ball he also seems to not read what others will do and often just goes backwards. I’d like to see him under a decent manager before we write him off completely.
  18. Its what we were aiming for though. Premier league experience. Survival experience. Same mandate that got Dean Smith the job, Puel and why Marsch was considered. Its unimaginative and lazy and reeks of a club that dont have their own ideas
  19. exactly why loans are needed, you can certainly spot a few that won’t make it. He’s had full faith from the manager, plays most weeks and hasn’t delivered at all. Unfortunately one that’s worth cutting adrift
  20. young, exciting, relatively unknown. It’s the way for us to actually grow. Brighton do it consistently, it’s possible if you research well and actually have a vision. Im done with having a safe pair of hands. I think football has grown past these characters
  21. would take him in an instant. We should have given him a go at the start of the season
  22. wow ipswich 2 up
  23. how many do we need to concede to get rid of cooper? i’ll cheer united on if it gets him gone
  24. manager doesn’t rate him, they get battered every week and he doesn’t sub him on 🤷‍♂️
