  1. Great to see a winger that wants to get back and defend. Bobby Reid has had a good game. We should be playing him on the left ahead of Mavididi.
  2. It's just always pure panic.
  3. Hows that a goalkick?
  4. We may never keep a clean sheet again.
  5. Mukasa is ****ing outrageous.
  6. Scheisse thats a save an a half.
  7. The Leicester boys are doing this weird thing where, when Middlesbrough have the ball, they're putting them under pressure by running at them. Anyone know what this is all about?
  8. I've got a stream with the Boro local radio on Love how petty they are about everything. "Ricardo Pereira there the 32-year old Captain of Leicester City... who only cost them £21.8 million pounds"
  9. 18 years old. Just incredible. I'm betting he's in the Man City team next season.
  10. Mukasa assist yet again. The kids unreal.
  11. Not really sure this end to end game is suiting us. We look completely ragged when they come at us.
  12. We saw flashes of it for us but what a player Ademola Lookman has turned into.
  13. Fatawu on the bench is weird. Surely he's match fit so if he's not fit to start he shouldn't be there IMO. We shouldn't be risking him with such important games coming up.
  14. Of course it isn't. But if he does his job then we win the game. He's cost us far too many points this season with his lack of defensive awareness and concentration. I don't care that he nearly scored or that he put in a long throw that we nearly scored from. Ultimately, he had no idea that Ben Wilmot was behind him because he's got the concentration levels of a 2 year old. He's cost us points, yet again.
  15. Ultimately his lack of concentration has cost us points, again.
  16. He's being abused left and right on social media for it. Why does it disturb you that I would want to see a disabled man (and other Tourrettes sufferers who are witnessing the abuse) be protected from that?
  17. So why are you against them bleeping or muting the broadcast for the split second he uses that word?
  18. They aren't hiding his medical condition. I'm not sure if you watched the broadcast but they repeatedly referred to his condition and you could repeatedly hear him shout. Also, the film that was made about his life received three awards and much was made about how great of a story it is. But they didn't need to air him screaming that word and were right to apologise for failing to do so.
  19. Exactly. The whole thing would have been avoided if the BBC did their job properly and protected him. If you honestly don't think there's anything wrong with that word then you need to educate yourself. It's a word that does upset people so editing it from the broadcast would have saved a lot of trouble in this age of misinformation and cancel culture. The poor bloke is now unfairly subject to horrendous abuse and has been labelled as a racist by the uninformed majority for something he had no control over. The BBC could have saved him from much of that.
  20. You're being deliberately obtuse.
  21. Editing it out doesn't mean they're demonising John Davidson or blaming him. It would have protected him from the torrent of abuse that people (largely Americans) have subjected him to. The BBC should have edited the broadcast so that people didn't jump to abuse a literal disabled guy who works as a caretaker.
  22. The clip has been shared maliciously millions of times today. Of course it needed to be edited before it aired and the BBC were right to apologise for failing to do so.
  23. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cz6edwg06n1o BBC have apologised for not editing the racial slur shouted by John Davidson at Michael B Jordan and Delroy Lindo. It's caused a lot of damage and they really should have edited it. The clip does not look good and it appears to the uninformed that it's a hateful and targeted attack. Hopefully Jordan and Lindo are able to acknowledge that the incident wasn't preconceived or with any malicious intent and we can all move on. I wonder if Davidson will be invited to the Oscars. Judging by their reaction to this incident, I don't think Americans are ready for a similar outburst but it's very important that his story is told over there.
  24. I agree that we probably won't have to worry about promotion but while we're in receipt of parachute payments we should be expecting a promotion push and we should be holding the club to that standard.
