I do wonder what a goal would do for his confidence. He does a lot right if you watch him and I know I’ve maybe called for him to play more than others but I genuinely believe he is the best of our forwards. I think when he leaves, he could re-ignite himself, similar to how Perez did.

He hasn’t helped himself really. You could make a case that we should be bottom, if the table as I’m not sure we have deserved any of the wins we have acquired. Between him And Thomas they’ll 46 games between them this season. If they were both on loan to us and available to purchase at the end of the season for €11,000,000, wouldn’t take either! You’d look to spend less money and shop elsewhere.
