I understand people are frustrated at the moment but some of these comments are way over the top. We lack form all over the pitch and it seems like Soumare is the latest scapegoat for that. Maddison was getting the same treatment at the start of the season but has come good again, people just need to be patient. I agree that Soumare probably needs some time out of the starting lineup and KDH deserves a chance but let's not completely write the guy off.

This was my thought too. They can both "do a job" on the right but them switching around could prove quite effective, especially if Ricardo occupies the wing more and it allows them to drift into the box.

Agreed. I still don't think he's fully fit so shouldn't be starting anyway. At the start of last season it was the same story but Rodgers eased him into it and he played himself into the team then went on a great run of form. I think it should be the same approach again now.

Fortunate to win, thankfully Wolves finishing was worse than our defending. Bringing on Vestergaard and having 3 CBs and 3 CMs was such a baffling decision from Rodgers. Should’ve left Vestergaard on the bench and brought on Daka or Albrighton and continued to stretch the game. Instead, we invited pressure and lost all shape and control. Win’s a win though so let’s move on swiftly to next week!
