He spent 267.15m across 3 PL windows. His overall record at Forest, including their Championship season, is bang average His PL record is even worse!
-
It's an obligation all parties agreed to last summer.
-
People are talking like he worked on a shoestring and was hard done by. He had the highest transfer spend in the league and the majority of a lower PL squad to work with. Micky Adams had worse administration chaos, with no money, no transfer budget, and players playing for free.

I'm as loyal to him as he was to us.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'

@Terraloon Where a Relegated Club, at the point at which it ceases to be a member of the League pursuant to Rule C.14, is engaged in a dispute with the League in relation to any aspect of the application of Rules E.45 to E.64, where the EFL and the League agree, conduct of that dispute on behalf of the League may pass to the EFL, to be resolved in accordance with the EFL Regulations. This rule read the other way around to me. The PL (the league) can be passed down to the EFL after relegation from the PL, with the agreement of the EFL. It doesn't talk about the EFL passing up to the PL, unless that is in the EFL Regulations. . Sheffield United have been docked two points, which will apply next season when they are back in the EFL, for offences in 22/23 So, if what you are suggesting is true, why didn't thought points get passed up from the EFL to the PL to apply? -
Not this again... Nepal x 2 Chinese Taipei x 3 Jordan x 1 New Zealand x 1 Bangladesh x 1 Indonesia x 1 Palestine x 1 1 Goal against anyone decent, Mexico.

Pretty balanced article which deals in facts rather then speculation. -
Watching England reminds me of watching Man U, lack of identity, lack of shape, poorly coached.
-
Hopefully he lasts about 6 months.

Don't get the Cooper hype. Also, it will become toxic quickly if things don't go well due to his past associations

This isn't a dig, Enzo; it's more about the game itself. But it is funny how being articulate, well-dressed, Italian and a disciple of Pep can get you a go at a top job after a successful season. Imagine the uproar if Chelsea had come in for a rough around the edge Pearson after our promotion season in 13-14.

FA has us spending £8,113,789 on Intermediary and Football Agents' fees from 1 February 2023 to 1 February 2024. My calculations show that our amortisation for transfer fees will be around the 40m mark for 23-24, so ballpark 50m for both. I doubt we can generate enough revenue from player sales before the end of June to balance the books for the next reporting period. I think we will have to take our medicine and breach again. Things should be a lot better in 24-25. Our amortisation should be around 30m before incomings, and our wages should have reduced considerably.

In please.

Really doesn't.

Issue for the incoming manager to decide.
-
I'm always good for a typo or two!
-
Nope. For FFP and accounting reasons, all transfer fees are amortised over the length of a player's contract, so the negative impact on our FFP position would be the transfer fee divided by the length of his contract and his wages. So if we buy him for 28m on a 5-year contract, the yearly impact from the transfer fee for FFP purposes would be 28m divided by 5 = 5.6m, plus his annual salary. How we pay the fee depends more on cash flow and how much we have in the bank. Fees are rarely paid upfront; generally, they are paid in instalments, referred to in the accounts as transfer debt.

Don't think I could be arsed with Sky talking about Man U every game we play if we have RVN as manager.

Premier League 24/25 Pre-season guff (misc talking points)

To stronger personality and established manager for Chelsea. Got a feeling they want someone who will to do what they are told. -
Alway liked a man of principle. Enzo spend weeks tell LCFC how they should work off the field and how they should be structured. To going to Chelsea were he'll have little impute on anything other then coaching the team.
