Am I wrong in thinking that Dewsbury Hall didn’t particularly want to go, it was more we needed him to?

Didn’t want to start a new thread and thought my question best fit in here. Am I right in thinking that Buononotte was marking Chris Wood for their corners? Did I see that right? The smallest man on our team.

Just been enjoying reading the especially created thread on the Forest forum called ‘‘The Demise of Leicester City’. About 51 pages of people saying they don’t care about us. Good job they made a specific thread to address that point. People might have started to think they did care. Phew!

Got to say I have been firmly in the Cooper out camp as I simply couldn’t get behind his uninspiring defensive set up and team selection. However, it seems at 60 mins he thought this isn’t working, let’s go with what they did last season and made adjustments. Now, if he starts the Forest game with the set up after 60 mins of this game. I would be willing to give him a second chance as he would show he had learned from his mistakes.

I’m hoping that, from Fatawu’s cameo yesterday, Cooper gives it a go next match and plays Mavadidi, Fatawu and Buonanotte..

If we want to play a low defensive block then we have to play fast attackers for the counter. The alternative is play the high press. Simple!

I would be considering playing Skipp, Ndidi and Buononotte as our starting three at the moment. Both Ndidi and Skipp could help with defensive duties and join the attack. Obviously not at the same time, but they offer more variety in their play than Winks, who I do like.

If/when Mads moves on the a bigger club, please make sure Stolarcyk is back from injury. I think I would have a cry in the corner if we were reliant on Ward again.

Feels a little unbalanced with nobody really on the right, or not their natural position.

The thing is that it isn’t so much about the results in is about what we can see on the pitch in the overall performance. In my lifetime I have seen LCFC relegated five times and each time you can see it happening through the season down to the performance on the pitch. During the great escape season, I never thought we would go down because I thought we played well and were more unlucky and sometimes naive but was sure it would come together as the team performance was there. From what I have seen so far of these performances, I just can’t see past relegation unless we make a change before it is too late.

Watching the Newcastle game and just made me think how, once players leave LCFC, I don’t typically care much about them but god I still love Harvey Barnes. I miss the old one two that would get him behind the defence, the fact that he apparently played better angry and I used to enjoy singing Harvey Barnes do, do, do, dodo, do to the tune of baby shark. I hope he plays for England again and scores so I can sing this again!

Took him 90 minutes to bring on Fatawu and then takes of our biggest threat!

What is annoying is I do think we have the team to compete for safe mid table, but we just look a mess.

What does it take to sub on Ricardo, move Justin to the left, bring on Fatawu on the right for Ayew, Skipp for Ndidi and Buononotte for El Khannous?

Did anyone else think Ayew was just bored of all the tippy tappy getting nowhere stuff when he scored?

Maybe so, but would you rather they had never come along and we hadn’t won the Prem, won the FA Cup, won the Charity Shield, enjoyed European campaigns and actually had belief?
