Hi Guys, I went to change the pollen filter on my 2016 Jaguar XF, and was led to believe it was located under the passenger side of the dashboard. So I took off the panel to make a switch for my new one, but couldn’t see it in there. Has the Internet led me wrong again? I have attached some photos of what I see behind that panel (sorry for the clarity) and hoped one of you very helpful fellas, can advise, as you often have before. Many thanks

I agree. We need to make our transitions quicker. Often we get the chance to break and slow down.

As I mentioned in my original post, I am willing to wait and see to give the team and manager both time to develop and grow. Time will tell.

You have to let players have the time to adapt and learn their roles. Scout for cheaper up and coming players and train them in that way. Yes it is of course easier if you have tons of money, but a change of system is always going to take time and need to develop.

I meant as a team grows and improves over a longer time period not within a few months. Over a couple of seasons. Look at Arsenal under Arteta, it takes time.

Does anyone else think they will reserve judgement on this style of play until we (hopefully) play in the Prem next season? The reason being, I see most games the opponents sit back so deep that we are trying to find ways through a team of 11 players parking the bus. Even with simple humans who can’t play football, it isnt easy to get the ball to scoring opportunities against such an amount of physical obstacles. I think, they do this as they know what we can do if they don’t. However, in a higher division, teams won’t sit back against us, as they won’t fear what could happen by doing so, which may play into our hands and the passing game we play gets to the end zone quicker. Also, as a team grows and improves, hopefully the players do also and we get more players suited to the style and positions. It is all transitional and takes time. Just how I see it.

Sadly, I didn’t get the number plate as I was having visions of Final Destination Films and the thought of it smashing through my windscreen. I have attached an image of the damage below. My car does need a clean, but it keeps raining!

I was driving down the M5 this morning and an exhaust pip broke of the car ahead of me and smashed into my bumper at 70mph. I have some nasty scratches but they are fixible, but sadly a hole in the bumper now. Does anyone know what this repair roughly costs, will I need a new front bumper and is it something that you go through your insurance for? Car is a 2016 Jag XF. Thanks
