McAteer's attitude on the pitch is great. I haven't seen Premier League ability. -

If RVN doesn’t promote him, would he be the 5th consecutive manager not to do so (excluding caretakers)? -
Who is in temporary charge?

We're doing better than I thought we would be at the end of last season

I have funny optimistic feeling for the first time this season. Manchester Red between an interi and new manager. They've do e okay for 3 games. I think their inconsistency will surface -
I think we all want Alves to be amazing. He’s had injuries but we have had a few managers not fast track him. January loan could be telling.

With 9 subs, there is always room for an academy player on the bench. In Leicester's current situation, that would be Alves -
Leicester have three young players in the top 100 priced young players worldwide. Alves is clearly highly rated. Does the potential of Alves match that of Fatawu, Bouanotte and El Khannouss?

Would we have signed him if we'd already got Ayew? With Ayew, Mavididi, Fatawu and McAteer, with Bouanotte and E lKhanouss being able to play in different positions, we have surplus attacking players. The surplus also blocks Alves progress. -
Yes. Some of our fans want us to lose.

In this thread, Leicester fans want Leicester to lose! Ffs

Fuchs is Austrian (or something) for Fox. Roberto Mancity was right up there with Arsenal Wenger

Why would Chilwell come back after the toxic treatment he got from the stands? I remember a game against Southampton when he made a mistake, the crowd got on to him and destroyed his confidence.
-
Can't be bothered to read the inevitable toxic swamp that will be this thread. The team yesterday was near to the best we can put out. We did make some questionable signings. But all clubs do. I think Cooper is reluctant to put out too many young players together. There were really poor individual mistakes. Faes struggles to read the flight of a football Forest were effective But we are not far off. Cooper has neither failed or succeeded at this stage. I hope he succeeds. I enjoy us doing well

We're doing better than I thought we would We might have done better under Maresca. It would have been boring to watch. Are we moving towards the right balance I think there is some awareness that having too many young players in the side may be problematic. Unfortunately, this holds Alves back.

Notts Forest (H) Friday 25th October 8pm
majaco replied to FoxinNotts's topic in Leicester City Forum
This is now. Forest winning the European Cup was a phenomenal achievement Us winning the Premier League unbelievable Neither side ar that level currently. It's a big game for both clubs. -
Is there any truth that the forum's names is being changed from Foxes Talk to Toxic Talk?
-
This forum is so toxic currently. Toxic comments, despite evidence, about Daka not being fast.

Palace vs Leicester - Pre match thread (14th September 3pm)

Edouard Edouard, Edouard, Edouard, Edouard Edouard,Braybrooke, Edouard Tete, Daka, Edouard -
Wasn't the best today. Only two of him Winks and Skipp should be playing. He's not an attacking midfielder. His outstanding stats have been tackles and interceptions I believe
-
He has qualities. It was an average display today. I would like to see him encouraged to play balls forward more quickly and instinctively. If he risked losing possession, I think he has the quality to create dangerous moments. Without wishing to be negative to FA Cup winning, Academy product, Luke Thomas, Vk is more likely to develop into a finished product. This young player could become very good. It may not have been a fluke that he helped a team qualify for the Champion's League last year.
-
Bit toxic. You might be right long term. He's a football manager. I've been abroad for the start of the season;have read on FT how awful things are. Watched the Tranmere highlights last night. Saw some decent football Got to the match today. The side is decent. There is unity on the pitch. Adjustments needed. Mainly starting with an attacking midfielder. In the stadium, crowd was behind the team. On Foxes talk it's negativity central fro.keyboard warriors. We're Leicester City as we have been in the five decades I've been following the team. We're rebuilding. There is obviously a strong chance that Cooper will fail. But today I saw a team moving in the right direction.
-
We went toe to toe with a Champions League team. The players were up for it. Three good midfielders were the wrong balance. One of the ams should have started. Cooper could come good. If you're Cooper out, you've gone too early.
