  1. Beat me to it
  2. Teh sorry state of the club is ironically, part of why it'll probably be more fun to do a Leicester save this year. Very few if any players that you'd be sad to sell so doesn't matter if they're rated poorly (though will probably still be the best team in the league), safety net of building the team in the championship and most importantly, should have several very highly rated youngsters. Suspect some won't get the potential they deserve but obviously Monga will be great and I'd hope at least Evans has a very high potential range given he has played PL as a 16 year old and continues to score in the second string at 17
  3. Oh you guys. I'm pretty sure that was a wind up and if not, it's almost impossible for anyone that be slower than Vestergaard, plus you'll have seen that Nelson is actually quite quick. Shouldn't have given that the credit of a reply
  4. I'm confused by the question mark in the title
  5. Basically this. Massive problem with him and Vestergaard in the same team as they want to occupy the same position when you need Winks higher up feeding the ball to the forwards
  6. His selection was the pits but if that second half doesn't tell you how much better these players can do when they put some effort in, I don't know what will
  7. 2 blatant pens denied
  8. Soumare has genuinely done that 4/5 times where he's barely been able to kick it 2 yards
  9. 1 thing I really admire about him is that even though he's better than Faes, he does a really good job of trying to be just as a crap as him
  10. Not a pen but still crap defending
  11. Yep, I'll cut him loads of slack but that is mental
  12. That is about as blatant a handball as you get. Falls on the ball and handles it 3 times.
  13. Problem is when one of your best players (Winks) is a guy who bottles every single tackle, what chance have you got
  14. Embarrassing defending from Vestergaard there. Doesn't want Faes outclowning him
  15. All came from Faes being crap in the middle. Then letting the other 3 defenders do anything is asking for trouble.
  16. But all the managers love doing it. Same with the chuckle brothers in the heart of the defence. Something weird going on.
  17. Because he had to gamble and stretch for the ball? Expecting him to make a perfect pass there is crazy. Or are you blaming him for the not blocking it in the box, which again is hardly his fault. He's crap but blaming him for that goal is just silly when there's a bunch of others to blame.
  18. Definitely not his fault. Could have done better but was actually good anticipation to get in there and win it. Plenty of other clowns to blame
  19. Dreadful defending from pretty much every player involved there. Faes copying Vestergaard's trait of dummying the ball. Oh yippee, then they all decide to do it on the other side of the pitch
  20. I'm not that wound up by it, I just think it's indicative of the culture around the club that he didn't look at all bothered with the result (he may well have been). But this isn't a kick around on a Sunday. These guys are paid millions of pounds to do a job and you'd like to think that they'd be pissed off that they have put in such a poor performance and ultimately failed. It's basic professional pride. My work is hardly the be all and end all in life, unlike it is for some, but I'd still be pretty gutted if I had failed in something.
  21. Well everyone here has some kind of bias against every single player, no matter how much that is, for or against. Hamza is a good player at this level, but he's also very reckless, sloppy and has awful leadership qualities. That's the objective take. And you need to put the bias away and realise that whilst that was a great cross, it would have been an incredibly difficult chance for Haaland given the angle, let alone Luke Thomas
  22. A game of 2 halves if ever there was one for him in that regard. Put some great ones in during the first half but then the second half was shocking
  23. Makes that pointless white collar look a bit less crap on the kit I guess. Grounds for a lifetime sponsorship that
  24. Have been a little disappointed that he hasn't imposed himself more in the last couple of games but it's completely understandable. As others have said, the play always goes to the other wing so he's getting much less of a chance to do something with the ball. But it's more that his teammates don't feed him the ball when they have the chance, or give it to him too late. Great example just before he was hooked when Winks surged forward right into him basically. Should have given it to Monga and then run past him, either for the return or to open up the space for somebody who is far superior with the ball at his feet.
  25. Cares so much that he's having a laugh and joke with the opposition manager after a pathetic team performance, in the sort of game we should be winning comfortably? Interesting qualities you want from your leaders x
