Not sure why you even took the time to assess his credentials given it's so blatantly AI generated.

People still being duped but what is one of the most overtly fake articles you'll ever see . You get to the bottom of the article and it then has 2 links with the exact same headline, just a different club and people still think it might be real? Oh dear.

Not in a million years. Not hyperbole to suggest that he struggles to control a football. Last year showed how he needed that extra half a second to get himself set and you are absolutely not getting that in central midfield. I completely understand with the energy aspect but that's also his problem. The things he's good at simply don't combine well. Works pretty hard, fairly quick and takes up some good positions. I think that's why people talk about him playing up top but he hasn't got the physicality or hold up play to do that as a lone striker. Wing back is the only real position I see him doing well at because he can use that energy and will have a little more time on the ball. But then that wastes his ability to get into good goalscoring positions.

'Missus'. Also known as 'right hand' or 'left hand' if you're feeling funky
-
Well some reports are saying they are trying to cut his wages and he won't accept. So depends what view you want to take. Clubs do stupid stuff all the time when it comes to transfers/contracts; PSG especially.
-
No way we spent that much on the loan fees. Édouard would work out the equivalent as a £40m signing on a 5 year deal for PSR. We're perfectly capable of wasting that money on a permanent striker.
-
Because as with everything is football now, you must try to outsmart the opposition rather than outskill them.
-
You want to watch England women's v Sweden in this year's Euro's. Not an exaggeration to say that some of those looked worse than Sunday League
-
Jesus. Calm down . Think you'll find the official line is that they can't reach an agreement so whilst you assume that's on Donnarumma more than PSG, it's still both parties. Then they have said that he won't be number 1 because they want a different profile of keeper. So if he was just being overlooked because he wouldn't sign a contract, you'd just come out and say that. Looks much better on you as a club as you're placing the blame at the player's feet, because of their actions. Instead, they are saying they want something different in goal which then looks stupid.
-
But most contracts stipulate that you will be required to work away from your main place of work from time to time at the company's discretion. More importantly, footballers do not have the same work life as normal people. So trying to say Winks should or shouldn't do something because 'we' would or wouldn't, isn't really relevant. Still think he's good enough for the PL but needed a different type of player alongside him. Shame he's a bit of a knob though.
-
Not it's not. It's the only way you can have a 100% factually correct view. Everyone knows that
-
And that is one of the biggest failings of our academy. How many players are ever given that many games? Almost none but when they are they stick
-
And still he got 4 goal contributions in just 669 minutes. Pretty good return. Who's the first player a manager is going to haul off? The young winger. Wouldn't read much into that
-
Did well for a dreadful Cardiff team in this league though. He's got to at least be given a chance. Compare him to lads like Hamza and Kasey who are crap but got loads of opportunities. He's got way more talent so should be afforded the same.
-
Not sure about that. Page had a bit more support around him especially when Winks came on. Alves didn't really do anything well but also didn't do much badly. Had some good showings in pre season too. Should be way ahead of somebody like McAteer
-
Such a weird stance. Half this forum is shocking at giving young players a chance and actually seems to enjoy them doing badly, which then causes the other half to defend them. In Kasey's case, he jumped up a couple of levels after a pretty poor loan in League 2 and has somehow leapfrogged other players who are better than him. Nice lad but just doesn't the the quality needed
-
Mental that we turned that down even if it just was an option. Said in the match thread that he's absolutely crap yet he'll probably still somehow bag 10 goals this season.
-
Awful night. Going out means less chances for the youngsters, the individual performances were shocking, Nelson had a stinker first half, Alves hooked early and collectively not a real plan. Not panicking like some will but very poor
-
No he wasn't. He has a very good season but the second our form dipped or he got slightly exposed, he was poor. Not to mention his role was so ridiculously easy in that team. People sat off him and just let him pass it
-
Were we?
-
So he was quality in this league last year but a crap 45 mins (way better in this half), and now Faes and Vestergaard are miles better?
-
Which made him one of the star performers in the first half
-
Technically he was way better, just lacked any real composure. Started to get a lot more consistent before that awful challenge from Morgan
-
Hume was way better
