I have been working with sone mates on providing an app to prompt users though a mindfulness based cognative therapy program to build resilience against anxiety and depression. .. and to allow users to regularly audit their state. Yet we are worried that early sufferers are unlikely to accept that they need such help. Does this sound a good idea? How can we overcone denial and reluctance?

He is the right guy.... for now. We have four big problems. The ageing profile for the first team starters. The lack of success at alternative modes of play. A lack of creativity. A cautious streak (though this may keep us in the prem). The first two can be addressed by bringing in younger players who can offer alternative mode of play. here I worry - Iborra and the return for james will stiffen up our mf competitiveness and offfer options... but I am not sure they offer a different pattern of play. Shakes and appleton need to think hard about this. I hope Tom Lawrence will make an impact in some games... iheancho wouldhelp - but is he enough? The lack of creativity thing undermines even our "lcfc counter attacking mode of play". To address this shakes needs to get personal mentors to work with the individual players to develop the skills and mindsets to enhance that side of their game (slimani, mahrez, grey, ndidi etc) - for an hour each day.

He should go for defensive mid. There are few good ones... even utd are keeping carrick going. Cbs are 10 a penny

bang on- by mixing it up they will stand off him. By trying to beat three players he is helping their tactic to work. An early cross in will make monkeys out of the tthree guys marking him. I believe it is his "over desire" to want to make an impact that causes him to try and beat them. He needs to understand this.

And yet... mahrez may well remain with us. No pl club will buy him and no foreign club will match his wages..... he has been poorly advised by his agent. He must now get a personal mentor and knuckle down and sort his form out. He needs video work on his decision making .... and to start to mix it up (dribble...pass... cross .... shoot) so the defenders back off. ... but mostly his form suffered coz he was trying too hard to make an impact. He needs a psychologist to chill him and to help him deal with the disappointment of the txfer window.... that is hard. Worse picking him and hoping doesnt work... he should be benched and show that he will fight to start. I hope he makes it

WE know Ryhad can be great - yet this requires his application. He need to get his head around the fact that no top six club will come for him right now... and no foreign club will match his wages. He need to apply himself to a good preseason and to working hard at Leicester this season. IMO he needs to work on his defensive game... keeping the opposing winger in check... and he need to work with a mentor to use video to look at his decision making.... dribble, pass, cross, shoot... it was all wrong last season.

I can see what your are saying yet I think we need help right now - so they are ready for august. I think we have to keep him .... and play him. (he responded well to his run of games before afcon.) I don't suggest we shouldn't try and bring in others... (if we have ambition to be top 5 then we should only hire players who can bring us that quality)... but Amarty offers us a reasonable bet that he will continue to improve - he hasn't shown us his best yet...

Look... before afcon he had made good progress and reduced errors and is vocal in talking to team mates. I like his strut. We know he can get back to this level but of course we need more. Amarty may or may not suceed.. i think he will.... but its speculation. But amarty gives us and him this possibility. He looks like a hard worker and he will put the effort in to go as far as he can. King will go no further. Drinky is at the top of his game...when fit. I love james but he is a risk. Ndidi and amarty offer us possibility. .. let's support them
