Dont buy then
-
Neither one has a first touch suitable for the prem. They both let the ball bounce of them 5m. Both kick the ball about 8m and run after it rather than dribble with the ball at their feet. This is basic stuff .... they need to sort it out with personalised training Nb. We should test all players before we buy. This is why some players cannot hack the pl We have made this mistake with ihean slim and musa! !!!!!

Imo there is a problem here right at the top. The owners are not expected to run tbe club. They have appointed susan whelan and rudkin to report to the board. These two should have very clear roles and objectives. Now if i was vachai i would want a dof who was a leader who would run a professional outfit.... so that the academy... the scouting. .recruitment and retention plus support like psychology physios diet medical etc were first class. I have worked with many blue-chip companies and i met directors who were good and bad. ... imo for the good ones their attention to detail..to standards and a forward direction was clear. .. and like any leaders they need to inspire and surround themselves with a first class team. I do not get that impression from rudders.

Any fans looking at the way we have played know the shakey's time was up.... those more remote look at the fixtures and wonder if it was too hasty. I saw most fans saying sad and thanks... not saying no

Me too I see someone who needs help and mentoring (not by his agent) -
Riyad Mahrez - The great Artist
foxinsocks replied to The whole world smiles's topic in Leicester City Forum
I listened to mahrez's interview after wba game. He sounded desperate to find his form... murmuring about needing to work hard in training. It's true that he's not mr confident... but he sounded lost. He knows he's gone from footballer if the year with the world as his oyster... to some other dark place. He made a fool of himself probably coz of his agent's greed and associated advice. Now we all know how good he is. The club needs him... but i expect the transfer shinannigans have made things awkward. Somone needs to get hold of mahrez (and his agent) and tell him we believe in him.... that the transfer stuff has had a terrible impact. .. and the way forward is to draw a line. He's contracted and earning big bucks... he should set aside all ambitions for 18 mths while he gets himself sorted. The club need a mentor to work with him on his decision making and how to cope with the extra defenders (pass early and take them out if the game ) to relax and stop trying so hard to make an impact.... he needs the psychologist imo This is a solution where trust is established... and everyone works to get him back to his best. We are managerless..... this job must fall to Top asap. Moneywise...Mahrez is a signicant asset being allowed to delapidate... no business would allow this to happen -
Its an opinion i have. ... ... no manager worth his salt will come to us with rudkin in post. .... would you?
-
He's finished
-
Rudkin is a quiet and inoffensive kind of guy. He doesnt come across as a charismatic leader running a first class operation. I have met him and i was surprised that he held the dof position. Any manager coming in will want to maximise his chances of sucess by have an effective dof... Further, as a club we need to have all the support structures in place independent of managerial changes : academy, sports sciebce; psychology diet, physio, scouting, negotiation and contracts, recruitment and retention etc . This has been allowed to wither. We need a strong new broom to put it right.

He will be sacrificed as part if any deal to bring in a good manager. He should start clearing his desk

We have few options coz of the way we are organised Shakey has coached fir many teams and myst have seem all this before and wats to get out of it. Yet he is in a hole and keeps digging. I loved what no did for us... but hus tactics were linited in tbe pl and before.... and he was stubborn. Its line shakes is channelling np. He is not the guy to take us fwd...the sooner we recognise that the better off we will be. I hope that after the fiasco of sacking cr with no one in the wings.... that top etc are working on a new regime -

when the chips are down at clubs, it is fascinating that many managers carry on ploughing the same furrow. They seem convinced that what they are doing will come right.... hodgson did it with england... ranieri did it... NP was doing it, but then changed things around and we had the great escape. I am not saying we are in a doomed situation now - just that it seems that managers either get caught in the headlights or are unable to admit they need to change.... psychologically it doesn't make sense - you want something different then do something different. -
Only one way to sort it out..
-
I think i'll write to radio leicester and pitch the idea of a fans phone in...
