The whole thing is structured to not be set and stone, no structure involving a club, and managing body in the PL, and a independent tribunal that decides punishment can be set in stone, it's just not how it works. People think the PL control all of this they do not, people call out Manchester City paying them off or some ludicrous bull shit, the fact of the matter is if the PL had their own way we'd be docked 12 points and Manchester City would probably be playing in League Two.

Have you seen our defence? It can basically can be summarised by we didn't expect to get relegated and John tries really hard. Having said that our own appeal is by the by, it will not result in a reduced penalty I will tell you that for free, the PL's own appeal is far more worrying. I would like to think the only reason we've lodged our own is a Poker tactic as not doing so would indicate we think we've got off lightly and if the PL appealed and we didn't it wouldn't look great.
