World Cup Final - Spain Vs. Argentina - Sunday 19th July
LCFCCHRIS replied to Zear0's topic in World Cup 2026
Lovely to see the losers sulking. Dementia Don must be raging having to award Spain medals -
Danny Ings (signing 1 year deal, John Percy.)

The worrying thing is if true it means we're pursuing players, once again, that are extremely likely to get injured. Surely the Bertrands, Coadys of late teach you to be careful -
3rd Place Playoff I.e the game no one cares about. France Vs England.
LCFCCHRIS replied to Sly's topic in World Cup 2026
I just hope we go out with the view to entertain. Go balls to the wall and try and score 4 even if we concede a boat load -
Try a different seller. I've seen some with and without. They will have loads of pictures with different options, once you click add to basket normally you'll be able to pick

Id rather a shirt looks plain than have BC GAME anywhere near it... Ugly sponsor that we only have bad memories with

Would it be bad to force a few out? Not sure if we are avoiding it so we don't put off future signings, but surely the crap high earners would push harder for a move, even cut price, if those knew they won't even be in the squad, affectively hurting their careers...

Some people are seriously brainwashed by Facebook slop. (I downloaded it to sell something on marketplace and the newsfeed is full of this shite, swiftly deleted again). There's countless groups and comment sections on there going mad about the murder of Ann Widdecombe. Specifically the fact that they released that the suspect was "white British born". The issue is, if they don't release it, they'll protest in the streets if a false rumour about it being an immigrant gets out. If they do post it, those people accuse the media or police of being racist... For posting the suspects ethnicity? Of course the police will, they know the history of what happens when rumours run wild. Honestly so many braindead people in this country. They'll happily vote the most obvious corrupt person in on the one promise of "stop the boats". There's countries that suffer from corruption for decades like many African countries, and now there's British people that can't wait to vote in a guy that got a £5M "gift" from a fraudster? And now reform are going the woe is me approach that farage is being bullied and harassed... Jesus Christ.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU PLAN TO FLY IN FROM LONDON EVERY DAY???

Admiral would be cool! Leicester roots too originally? Castore, your probably be better off buying from China, they'd last longer.

Monga to Man City £10 Million - Official.
LCFCCHRIS replied to Aus Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Good luck for the future (minus if we ever play man city in a competitive fixture again ) -
This particular pair would be great for cleaning out horse stables or dog kennels

It's funny how things come around. Matt Mills for £5 million was a very large fee for us at the time. Now, once again, £5m would be a very large fee for us, 14 years later.

Binface Vs 💩 head is going to be spectacular

Russell Martin - Confirmed as First Team Manager
LCFCCHRIS replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not saying he will see out his 3 years, but it is commonplace for managers to get these sort of terms. Any less than 3 he'd turn his nose up and just ride the rangers sacking money, or wait for another club. -
This is all happening because of Joe Biden

Is the unsponsored kit only available due to us expecting to play under 18 year old players or is it going to be a thing going forward? Much prefer them myself.

Monga to Man City £10 Million - Official.
LCFCCHRIS replied to Aus Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Have to say thanks to Monga and family. Yes, the scholarship probably benefitted him and gave guarantees in the event of big injury etc, but it was clear he'd have interest. So to be able to get money like that will help us a lot, just as the club have invested a lot into his development.- 177 replies

They probably just wanted to align their wage expenditure with the PL

If he thinks Newport are on a path to go down he probably wants to protect his reputation. And with king powers track record, he knows the main job at Leicester could come up again soon.

Conor Chaplin (signed, official)
LCFCCHRIS replied to The whole world smiles's topic in Transfer Talk
If this goes through, hope it's one that opens the floodgates for half decent signings. CBA to see any of those from last year in a Leicester shirt again. I'll lose the will to live if I see Vestegaard and Hamza trotting out first game of the season. -
I know the burgundy is similar to the FA cup win shirt but for the away shirt?? We've gone away from this in recent years but the away kit should always be white or yellow imo. Save this stuff for the third strip.

What does a good season look like?
LCFCCHRIS replied to Sol thewall Bamba's topic in Leicester City Forum
I don't care if the EFL Trophy is tinpot for some. I wanna go to Wembley and win it -
This is my biggest fear about the whole thing.

I keep hearing "what do you expect for league one", "you won't get better in league one". We are not bound to hire "big names" that have failed. Novel concept for some, but we can, you know, do some actual research and assesment of managers across Europe and get someone on the up (Challinor is obvious didn't even need to look outside of the country).
