Get someone in we can get behind. Yes we will back whoever comes in, but you'll get more grace period from the fans with a Dave Challinor rather than a Russel Martin. Get the manager in within 2 weeks and do not start signing players until he comes in. Get one with a ready to go backroom staff, or at least one he picks shortly after coming in. Mainly we need a group of grafters (including manager). Doesn't mean they can't have talent, but we need hard workers that have something to prove. So true. Same applies for player sales. Sometimes you sell a top player and get 60m and everyone is happy. But by the time you've spent that 60m on 3 duds, it was pointless. As you say we need to go and get Challinor asap.
