People often say why don't we sell X player. The reality is we would never be able to sell them, nobody wants to pay their wages and the player will stay put on inflated leicester City wages. There is NO moving on a player who is on more than he is worth, simple as. We'd be better off releasing them from their contact/ coming to a settlement. This is a massive failing of the board and whoever does the negotiations. Years of ineptitude since winning the league have caused this. We wanted to be top 6 so bad we started to think we could pay their wages. Big mistake.

I'd start getting some shrewd business done for the championship next year. We can promise them a few months of prem football. When in reality they'll be fighting for us to get top half next year after the efl points deduction.

I'd welcome the "big teams" to fvck off into their own league that will get stale after a season or two. But on the condition they don't get to have a second team in the EPL. So they are gone for good. Would be a chance for other teams to compete for trophies.
