Novel concept for some, but we can, you know, do some actual research and assesment of managers across Europe and get someone on the up (Challinor is obvious didn't even need to look outside of the country).

Dave Challinor is widely regarded as one of the ultimate "promotion masters" in the lower tiers of English football. Across a 16-year managerial career, his teams have finished in a playoff spot or higher in 15 different seasons. Give me this guy over Russel "big name" Martin every day of the week. Challinor will be the guy for the proper rebuild.

I hope we get a whole new starting 11. I'll find it so refreshing to never have to see them again. I like Nelson of course being home grown etc but get some money for him, we'll need it.
