I'm not arguing that someone would currently leave Palace to come here, I am stating the fact that we are and likely will be for a good while yet a bigger club than Palace. Like I said in another thread we'll have a King Power approved yes man appointed shortly. I'll leave it there.

I can be critical of the running of the club but proud of it's history, cheers. Oh and we won the FA Cup and the shield (the same as Palace have ever won in 160 years or however long they claim to have been going nowadays), 4 years ago, it's hardly long ago.

Ah yes that's exactly what I did, saying we're bigger than Palace = me saying we're the biggest club on earth. You're right.

But it will take decades if not centuries for them to match our trophy haul, and that's assuming we never add any more to what we have. We have the least proud fanbase in the country I am certain of it. We're the 5th most successful club this century, we've won every major trophy more recently than Arsenal yet we act like Wigan fans.

The only metric they have on us is current league position. Literally everything else we're streets ahead. Why are we like this?

No doubt the old guard will be mobilising on a similar vein to try and cling on to their positions as long as possible. Don't leave it to others assuming it'll get over the line! A fiver really is worth it.

Will change very little. He'll still be an absentee owner in the main. "Wanting to be closer to the fans" but then sending someone with no connection to the club or to the sport to meet the FAB sums it up. King Power won't turn this club around.
