I’m having absolute zero joy with both falcon and fawa. Is it just me?

Honestly I’ve loved everything RM has been saying recently. His honesty about the transfer market, where we stand with the players wanting out and about the culture overall has been absolutely spot on and refreshing. Doesn’t seem like a man that’ll be silenced and I respect that a lot after the amount of puppets we’ve had in charge recently.

Exactly my thinking if the signing of O’Hora is confirmed. Pointless paying him for the year, might as well bite the bullet and pay him off. I expect it won’t happen until the Turkish and Saudi deadlines pass.

Ultimately I think it would be a good signing, if it can be a season long loan then ideal. My preferred target for the similar role was Wootton despite his age but would be happy with this.

The fact he gets so much space on Vestergaard when it was so clear the cross was coming in was what did it for me!

That’s much better in all fairness. I’ve always found financial rules a difficult conversation to make them fair for all without introducing a similar system to a salary cap like in the NFL. Revenue is always going to be a huge factor in any financial rules which no one other than the top 6 can compete with. It also makes sense why the PFA had an issue with the new rules as it’ll force clubs to be more careful with the wages they’re offering.

Sadly it feels that way so that they can say “I told you so”, even despite the majority actually agreeing.

Interesting. So again, hugely favours the big clubs which for now benefits us. Be interesting to see how many clubs just find the loophole of offering huge signing on bonuses in return of lesser weekly wages.

I fully get it. But we need to remember the majority if not all of these will not be scrolling through foxestalk to find reassurance that it isn’t aimed at them. Put yourself in their situation if you was in a group that got booed when approaching someone, how do you not think that is aimed at you personally? Like I’ve said in other posts today, I fully understand the frustration, I have it myself. But like others have stated let’s target that frustration at the people that deserve it, whether that’s through chants at the final whistle regarding KP or Rudkin. Let’s not boo when the young lads approach us to applaud our support.

Personally, I think the one area I’m struggling is why we can’t acknowledge that it was a good performance but the result was disappointing. Both things can be true.
